This soup was fantastic. Very decadent tasting and definitely a meal for two people. Wonderful soup with crusty bread for a rainy afternoon. We found this recipe in a Dutch magazine called Aller Hande (AllerHande 12 2004).
This quick and easy recipe is so much better than the canned stuff. Great as a first course, or with salad or sandwiches. Of course, you can use it in your favorite recipes, too. To make it thicker, use less stock and/or use heavy cream instead of the half-and-half cream or milk.
This is from the Tillamook Cheese Factory - some of the best cheese in the world!!!!! Of course I'm biased cause they're in my home state :-) This is my fave beer cheese soup -- you can use other cheese, just make sure it's extra sharp!
This is a fantastic soup! It's so bright tasting and so low fat!! It definitely does NOT skimp on flavor and is WW friendly. This is NOT a taco soup...it's more like a salsa soup. Give it a try, I'm sure you will NOT be disappointed. :-)
Uses the freshest green peas you can find. If unavailable, use good quality frozen peas. Don't forget to serve this soup with a bottle of your best boojoelay or a Michelob.

This could be THE best way to use up leftover turkey. Comfort food at its best - what could be better on a cold January day than a steaming bowl of creamy, delicious soup!! This recipe comes from the 2005 Kraft Kitchens Calendar.
This soup is a favorite pantry meal for my family. Easy, easy, easy to make and nutritious. I got the recipe from the back of a soup can but have improvised this soup many times. Feel free to adjust seasonings as you like.
This tasty soup is very popular in Greece and Cyprus. I remember my father making it on chilly winter days, especially when there were colds and flu in the household! Sometimes he would add chopped, cooked chicken to the soup, and other times he would serve it plain. This is a taste of my childhood.
