This is a easy put together dish. The oranges, onions and fennel roast on the bottom and the sweet smoky hickory bacon gets crispy on top and offers great flavor to the pork. I serve a orange butter on the side, which goes great with the pork as well as the caramelized onions and fennel. This dish is wonderful with a side of a nutty wild and white rice blend.

Mouthwatering!!! This makes great sandwiches: combine sliced roasted pork loin with frisee and serve on slices of baguette drizzled with a rosemary-basil pesto sauce.

Recipe #379209

Unique flavors make this dish something to try. A simple roasted potato or gratin would be the perfect accompaniment.

My brother created this recipe a few years ago. It's great for family gatherings, games days, or make-ahead meals. Many of the ingredients (garlic, chili powder, worcestershire) are easily adjustible, so feel free to modify to your particular taste.

One of my favorite ingredients to cook with is Grand Marnier, I think it has the best flavor for so many things! I roasted this pork loin with garlic on a bed of sweet potatoes in place of a rack. If you use a "traveling" roast pan, this doesn't even create too many dishes!!! I hope you enjoy!

Recipe #318989

Simple but tasty slow cooked pork roast recipe. The pork comes out very moist & tender with great flavor. This is a great recipe that you can cook in half the time on high, but mostly I cook it on low when I'm out of the house longer than 6-8 hours. You can also add additional seasonings to fit your tastes, sometimes I add Rosemary or Thyme or Basil or Oregano or Garlic or Onion Powder... etc... This also works well with thick cut pork chops too instead of loin roast.

A golden crust and apple-flavoured sauce add to this dish's appeal for entertaining. Choose a long, slender roast (rather than short and thick) because even though they cook in the same time, the slender one will be easier to slice and look more attractive on plates.

This is one of my favorite meals handed down from my Italian/Czech grandparents to my father to myself. The latter two individuals are still alive, so we're claiming credit for it. (Who's gonna argue?) It rates scary on the health-O-meter, but who cares?! It's delicious! Hey, if you want to go exercise, donate to the IRS or volunteer at your local library to alleviate your guilt, go right ahead. I want you to know that I'm usually very stingy with this recipe. Course, that doesn't mean you'll like it, but that's not MY fault! Oh, and just so you know, these are very firm and dense dumplings, not light and fluffy. We prefer these stick-to-your-bones babies. And each bite you take MUST have a bit of sauer kraut, pork and dumpling on it....it's the LAW. Number of servings is approximate.

This is terrific for Sunday dinner.

This recipe goes back many years, it is one of my family's favorites, I have served this many times to dinner guests and received rave reviews, plan ahead the roast needs to marinade in the fridge overnight.

Recipe #132551

I found this pulled pork recipe years ago, and it's a favorite at potlucks. Freezes well for easy quick meals.

Recipe #131018

This is a Jamie Oliver recipe which we tried when I was trying to convince two friends they would like fennel. It was so fabulous that it's become a staple. The finished roast is marvelous and leftovers (if you have any) are just as good warmed up or made into sandwiches. We generally make an apple and pear compote (apples, pears, lemon juice in a gratin dish in the oven beside the pork) to go with it. A fabulous meal, good enough for a holiday dinner.

This takes only 10 minutes to prepare for the oven. It looks awesome when removed from the oven. The meat is very tender and the sauce provides a hint of orange and rosemary. The recipe is courtesy of Betty Crocker.

Wonderful taste! A tender, succulent roast from the crock pot is the answer to your dinner dreams. Put on to cook before leaving for work and it's ready to eat when you get home!

Hoisin sauce, a combination of soybeans, garlic, chiles and spices, lends a sweet spicy flavor to this pork roast. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and Lemon Glazed Brussels Sprouts (Recipe #80712) for a delicious meal that won't disappoint.

Delicious and intriguing. Prep time does not include marination time, so allow time for that.

Recipe #34351

A simple recipe that results in a tender, flavorful pork roast.

My husband always requests this recipe. I cook it 11 hours so the meat barely holds together. Works for low glycemic index diets.
