This is the juciest, best flavored roasted chicken I have ever made, or ever eaten! I have been experiementing, and It has turned out with the exact same wonderful results 3 times in a row now.. so I'm confident that anyone can make this with the same results. Never again will I purchase a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken! It's so easy too!
This chicken recipe is so tender and juicy. It doesn't crisp up at all because of cooking in the sauce. It's very very good. I served it with mashed potatoes, rice, and corn. This recipe came from allrecipes.com. Submitted by Christine Johnson
This is my favorite Chicken Enchiladas recipe. I get requests for this recipe all the time. It's a bit lower in fat because you're not dipping the tortillas in hot oil. This recipe is from Betty Crocker's Chicken Cookbook.
Everytime I have made this, it has been extremely popular for both family and company.
Given out the recipe many times. My family often requests this recipe and they never order chicken parmesean when we go out to an Italian restaurant because they say that mine is the best! Which is very flattering!
All over Puerto-Rico there are Bar-b-que stands but they do chicken like we do pork or beef. The aroma and taste are like nothing you have ever had. If you prefer Bar-B-Que sauce with your chicken try a sauce with Honey and add a little extra honey and brush on chicken.
This recipe is a slightly modified version of one from the Mama Dip's Kitchen cookbook. We enjoyed it very much. DH, who is used to rating new recipes, said "give it a 7"! The chicken has a crispy, and well-seasoned crust. So easy to make, too. Note: the time listed does not include the 20 minutes of soaking in salt water.
Mama Dip's recipes are traditionally Southern U.S.
Delicious, braised chicken thighs from The Neely's on Food Network. Gina Neely claims that your man will love this one. The chicken is so moist and tender. I think the herbs and seasonings are a little strong, so I've indicated a range for the amounts. I have also subbed herbs de provence for both thyme and rosemary, and really like the results. I prefer to use a total of 1 tsp dried herbs de provence and 1/2 TBS of lemon pepper. And I like to add 1/2 tsp sugar to balance out the acidity in the canned tomatoes. Serve over hot buttered rice. I'm also going to try this with pork chops.
