From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living issue 12 2007.

Recipe #264182

This drink is great for a "gals luncheon" or just any old party. It's easily made diabetic (aren't most of my recipes?) and is rather inexpensive to make if you use store-brand. And really, who's gonna know if your pineapple juice is not Dole and your Ginger ale is not Vernors or Canada Dry? Those store-brands come in handy if you're working with a crowd. So just sit back with your drink and think about the pennies you saved! This recipe is for one glass, but is easily made for a group. It's not a punch bowl kinda drink, though. I'd do each individual glass. When you read it, you'll see...

I have tried several variations of low calorie crustless pumpkin pies and this is by far my favorite. Very rich and creamy. Even my picky husband likes it.

Recipe #46700

A guilt-free indulgence for those on the South Beach Diet (any phase!) or low-carb diets. This is tasty enough for your non-dieting friends and family members, too (there's no "sugar-free" taste or aftertaste). The ginger gives it a little kick, and you can experiment with different spices and Jello flavors. This is my favorite low-carb dessert so far. I've listed the refrigeration time as cooking time. Recipe #117635

We always have this with my hubby's secret spaghetti sauce and pasta. They are a little lighter than beef meatballs, and I have come to prefer the taste of these to ground beef. These taste better if you don't use all white meat ground turkey. Around 7% fat is best.

Recipe #351731

This is a really good, healthy, low fat, low calorie dessert. If you make it with Splenda it's only 1 point!

Recipe #227446

A great desert for our diabetic friends. This recipe came to me from my grandmother, who was a diet-controlled diabetic.
