Lovely syrup for a light ginger ale. Recently obtained a SodaStream and have been looking for recipes for syrups so we can have an alternative to the store bought ones (which all contain artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and dyes). This turned out perfect!

    Recipe #512968

My hubby is a Grapefruit fan and requested this version of syrup to replicate one of his favorite name brand sodas. This is a non-diet version, but still not overly sweet.

    Recipe #513004

    Recipe #513050

An excellent substitute for those brand name sodas or the pre-made mix full of chemicals that SodaStream sells.

    Recipe #513051

Cream soda flavoring homemade with no splenda! Tasty, and easy to make. Stores well and less expensive than buying the pre-made mixes.

    Recipe #471591

This is very versatile. You can us it to flavor drinks, including champagne, fruit mixes, sauces, desserts and can also be used on top of ice cream and crepes.

    Recipe #110452

Best recipe I've ever found! As a professional drinking-ista, I've collected my favorite drink recipes from restaurants and bars over the years from around the globe. This comes compliments of Cafe' Iguana in Denver Colorado... home of one of my faves, the Yucatan Margarita. This FRESH mix is the key to any truly good margarita. Life is too short to drink neon yellow store bought sweet and sour mix!

    Recipe #433959

We love these buttery, light and crispy cookies at our house, this makes lots of cookies so you may want to reduce the recipe by half

    Recipe #81369

My husband is not a big fan of cake, so for his birthday each year, I make cream puffs for him. He loves these so much, I have to make sure he only eats one or two at a time so he doesn't make himself sick! There are several cream puff recipes out there, but this vanilla pastry cream is a bit different from the others and it's really wonderful. Prep time does not include 2 hours chilling of pastry cream. From the Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook.

    Recipe #203416

To me Fannie Farmer's recipe is the only "real" Macaroni & Cheese. It's from my 1946 edition of "Fannie Farmer's Boston Cooking School Cookbook". With time on it's side - this recipe is hands down the best for traditional, homemade baked macaroni & cheese - comfort food. Please Note: If you use CHEAP CHEESE you will end up with a BLAND and FLAVORLESS DISH!

    Recipe #135350

This is really easy to make. There were no leftovers! What a great combination of flavors and textures. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.

    Recipe #152136

From the Betty Crocker Cookbook - my family's favorites!

    Recipe #501318

This is by far the best cut-out cookie recipe I have come across. It doesn't have any unusual ingredients and it doesn't call for cups and cups of powdered sugar and it doesn't need to refrigerated forever. It is a large recipe, but just right for passing around to friends and family. They are great for any holiday or rainy day. I originally stumbled across it in a newsletter for a local group of women to which my cousin belongs. It was not credited to anyone there. With buttercream frosting, they are an excellent likeness to those super Cheryl & Co. cookies everyone loves!

    Recipe #347465

An excellent crust that turns out great every time!

    Recipe #436808

I put two old recipes together to create this recipe and have had many compliments on it being a "professional cheese cake."

My grandmother always made this borscht in the fall and winter. She never made anything by recipe so this is my version. The kids and neighbors love it and always ask when I'm going to make it again. Or tell me I should have made a bigger pot.

    Recipe #102179

You can do SO much with a crepe. Make many different desserts.

    Recipe #18410

Comes from "Favorit Fixins from Fafnir Folks" cookbook.

    Recipe #114953

These are great and simple Rolls from Southern Living Magazine. I do not claim to be a baker at all, but if I can make these anyone can and I always get rave reviews. The dough can also be used for yummy cinnamon rolls as well.Update: At one point I changed the recipe to canola oil instead of butter and added half whole wheat. Then a friend of mine made it and she substituted applesauce for the butter and she said it turned out great. I made it tonight with the applesauce and she was spot on!

    Recipe #39048

These are so good I can't believe I made them!
