These li'l Mexican treats are so stuffed, they're almost guaranteed to crack a bit when you bake 'em in the oven -- hence the name "Exploding." De verdad!" Serving Size: 2 taquitos

Roasted carrots are a favorite snack or side dish that I enjoy several times a week. This particular rendition came about after thinking about the wonderful Moroccan carrot salads posted on the site. Not only are these delicious, they are
This is a recipe from Weight Watchers. It's great in the summer and can be made up very quickly. The refreshing taste of the mexican flavors with the cilantro and lime will really excite your taste buds.
This is out of the "Take-out-tonight" WW cookbook. It says you can use salmon steaks with this dish. Great served with a refreshing cucumber salad. It's easy to prepare, requires virtually no chopping and is ready in less than 20 minutes. Zaar would not accept Mirin (1st ingredient) so posted it in parentheses.
These will satisfy your chocolate cravings but have been designed for the Weight Watchers Plan. Two cookies equals one point as stated on the Weight Watchers website for this recipe.
If you are concerned with the calculation of the points, please contact your WW leader.
This is out of my Weight Watchers cookbook called "Best of Weight Watchers Magazine" DH rated this excellent the last time I prepared it. It has 4 points per serving. (3oz meat with 2 tbls sauce) Use any leftovers for pulled pork sandwiches. Just thinly slice or chop the pork and combine with the leftover sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, just until the meat is hot, and serve on soft sandwich rolls with sweet gherkin pickles on the side. This rub works great on chicken, beef and catfish.
From angelfire.com! sounds yummy! Will update when I make!:)
UPDATE!: 3-18-09 I really liked this. i added mushrooms and garlic(of course :) ) and it was great! It was fast to make and low in points what else could you ask for?
My grandaughter (with help from her Daddy) gave me a wonderful cookbook for Christmas called "The Whole Foods Market Cookbook". This is the recipe that my DS recommend to try 1st. It was full of fat so I have made it lower in fat. The original recipe said it served 6 in a 9X9 inch pan. There is so much of this stuff I can't imagine it fitting in that size of pan. I used a 9X13 inch pan and it was full. This is my version of this tasty dish. Still high in calories but lower in fat. Made WW friendly-7 points
This is another great Jalapeno Chicken recipe by Weight Watchers. It's out of the 2000 "Day by Day" cookbook. It has 3 points per serving. I have done both blender and fine chopping and they are both great. I find the extra bits and pieces by chopping instead of blending adds a great crunch to the dish and makes it look outstanding. Hope you enjoy and happy eating!
This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks back in 2000. Called "Just like Home". It was one of my favorite dished to make. Only has 5 points. Save the leftovers to make recipe #210213. I'll post that recipe also.
Out of a WW cookbook called "In Season" dated 1999. The longer they marinate the hotter their flavor gets. This make-ahead salad transports well for all those outdoor Barbecues. Cooking time is chill time. Hope you enjoy!
