I got this recipe from the book "Saving Dinner". My family just gobbled it up and my husband said the recipe was a keeper. They had no idea the oats were in there or other healthy things. :) It makes a great easy dinner and I've even served it to company.

    Recipe #106644

    An old family favorite.

    Recipe #107469

I've made this for years and the kids still request it... a perennial favorite. When I have left-over ham, I use that too for an especially yummy casserole! NOTE: I've changed the recipe by increasing all amounts to what I actually use to make this dish... not the amounts in the actual cookbook. Servings are an estimate b/c I always plan to have leftovers, which are excellent the next day for lunch!

After watching Rachael Ray prepare her cold sesame noodles on TV, I tried it out myself and ended up tweaking it a bit before I was done. These noodles are usually half eaten before they get a chance to cool down!

My DH loves those frozen Tony's Pizza Rolls....I'll eat them too, but....what exactly is in them?? We probably don't want to even know! These are MUCH better and at least we know what we're eating!! Buy extra sauce for dipping if you'd like, but they really don't need it. Also, add/omit any ingredients you like or don't like. Make them to your own taste of course. This is what we like in them.

    Recipe #115026

I saw this recipe on 30 Minute Meals by Rachael Ray on the Food Network. It looked so good I had to try it out. I have to say, it tastes as good as it looks! It really does only take 30 minutes, maybe less once you get used to making it and don't have to take the time to look at the recipe. On the show, she makes her own tomato sauce, but I just used a jar sauce, which takes less time and tastes just as good.

    Recipe #118074

I got this from my grocery store. A different oven potato with the cereal coating!

    Recipe #119358

From Company's Coming Make Ahead Meals by J. Pare. When I made this myself, I found the sauce to be a little bland, feel free to add additional spices if desired.

    Recipe #123127

A classic British potato dish from Northumberland, originally made with lard. The original recipe had Lancashire cheese, "a creamy-white cheese with a crumbly texture and tangy taste" but Cheddar or Gruyere are acceptable alternatives. I've listed Cheddar in the ingredients. I've also added garlic and thyme. Adapted from a 'Pan or Wok' recipe card by International Masters Publishers.

    Recipe #123335

A great way to use the skins of potatoes if your peeling potatoes for another dish. This is so good. This recipe calls for oregano and is written this way however rosemary is excellent on it as well.

This is my version of the Pampered Chef Baked Potato soup found in their Main Dishes Cook book. It is pretty much the same except for more bacon and I have also added my experience of making it in a crock pot. The color isn't quite as nice with the crock pot but it still tastes good.

    Recipe #132538

Alton Brown is my FAVORITEST chef on the Food Network. He's funny and, like me, believes that everything in the kitchen should multi task. Most all of his recipes are easy and every-day stuff we can all enjoy. (Let's face it, some of those dishes from some of those cooks are a little too much trouble if you've got a hungry bunch or your market has limited selections.) This one, however, is simple and darn good.

    Recipe #138672

Comfort food from Ireland with what else? Pototoes!!! We like our soup a little chunky so I dont use the sieve just do a light mash, and I normally always use chicken stock, and we sprinkle our bowls with anything from bacon to cheese to sour cream.

    Recipe #138986

Sour Cream, cheddar cheese, broccoli and artichokes in a potato. Microwave dish. From TOH originally

Absolutely LOVE Baked Ziti Pizza at the local pizza shops... Searched everywhere for a recipe, then decided to go out and make one on my own...

    Recipe #152652

Deliciously different. Topped with french fried onions for that lovely onion crunch and flavor. If you aren't a fan of mushroom soup use cream of celery.
