I modified this recipe from a tea smoked chicken recipe in one of my cookbooks. My husband dubbed it "evil" chicken because he couldn't stop eating it. I find it turns out best when you use a whole chicken. However you can substitute boneless breasts. I serve with steamed rice and broccoli.

This is from Chatelaine. I made it last night and it is fantastic! You can also try grilling it if your oven will make your kitchen too hot on summer days! Directions are for roasting in the oven.

This is a very simply recipe that requires very little effort. I found it in Better Homes and Gardens.

This is delicious whether you use Mango chutney or my apple chutney. Not too high in the fat count nor the calorie count

This recipe is from Craig Claibourne's New York Times Cookbook, and I think it's one of the best recipes I've ever tried. It looks beautiful, I love the flavors, and in my opinion, well worth the work. Don't leave out or substitute for the whole bottle of lemon extract added at the very last second; it's what makes the dish. If you cannot find water chestnut flour or powder, you can substitute cornstarch. However, the texture will not be as crispy or nutty.

Found this recipe in a Butterball chicken advertisement. Made it on the grill and it is very easy. To prevent charring, pound the chicken breasts to uniform thickness. Prep time includes marinating time.

    Recipe #66682

This is really good, sweet, sticky chicken.

    Recipe #13760

This one takes a little time, but it's worth it! Get the plumpest chicken you can find, let it soak up the spice mix overnight, then slowly roast it uncovered ... the meat will literally fall off the bones, it's so tender. Prep time includes overnight seasoning in the fridge.

I've been asked for many years now if I had my grandmother's original recipe for my "World Famous Sour Cream Chicken", and I'm happy to provide it to all my fans. I hope you like it as much as my version.

This is a Kikkoman Soy Sauce recipe. Love the flavor blend of citrus soy & garlic. I like to add 1/2 tsp chili flakes to this recipe. I will adapt this recipe for BBQ and post instructions

I found this recipe in the paper years ago, tucked it away for 'safe-keeping' and just recently found it again! It's a little different from the other Dijon chicken recipes I've seen listed and although I have never tried it, it looks delicious.

This is a great recipe from the Express Lane cookbook by Sarah Fritschner. It's quick, easy and it tastes great

    Recipe #11594

If you like you can use a whole chicken that is cut into pieces.

Here's an easy and yummy chicken recipe - experiment with different flavors of salsa to see what you like best (I found that raspberry salsa was quite tasty)!

Excellent taste, low cal, from B H & G, worth the time and effort.

    Recipe #19593

This came from One Bite Won't Kill You - a great kid-friendly cookbook. If you prefer to use bone-in chicken pieces, just cook for 1 hour instead.
