I made this for my best friend's birthday. She is on a low-carb diet but I was also cooking for kids and men (A challenge!) I had NO leftovers. This came from a Bon Appetit magazine. Very easy and very good.

I don't remember where this one came from, then again I've changed it around so much it's nothing like whatever it was I started out with. I'm pretty happy with it, as it is now. Times and servings are a guess.

I have had this recipe for a long time. It is one of those recipes that gets misplaced and then pops back up. Thus, I haven't actually tried it yet. I thought that if I posted it maybe I wouldn't keep loosing it! It looks interesting.

This simple recipe tastes like something you'd get in your local Chinese. It can be spiced up with the addition of red pepper flakes, to taste. Prep time does not include marinating.

Inspired by a trip to Hawaii, these delicious, crispy golden shrimp have a nutty flavor, with a slight hint of coconut. The Honey Mustard Sauce is their perfect complement OR serve with Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce, Recipe #54625. Great for appetizers (use medium size shrimp) or a meal!

My friend got this out of Ladies' Home Journal many years ago. You can substitute scallops, or use a combination of seafood, if you like.

Not as spicy as you'd think! The depth of flavors in the curry paste is outstanding. You can also use the curry paste and coconut milk with chicken or beef. Source: Chef Brian Patterson

A recipe from my Mr. Yoshida's Fine Sauces Cookbook which I haven't tried yet. You can use red, green, yellow, and/or orange bell peppers for an even more colorful kabob. I'd serve this with rice. Preparation time includes 30 minutes refrigeration time.
