EXACTLY like the Orange Julius in the mall, without the stomach curdling mixture of acidic orange juice and milk/ice cream.... I also included variations including different fruit, like PEACHES & CREAM, STRAWBERRIES & CREAM, etc. I tried for years to figure out this recipe, beginning at around age 12! I finally got it one day at age 25 and now my 11 year old daughter whips them up for herself and friends after school or for breakfast.

    Recipe #60942

I was looking for a quick tasty fruit drink and got very bored of juice. The sorbet in this makes it really refreshing.

    Recipe #47578

Well, I was in a mood for chocolate today and oats and milk as well, so this recipe was just born in seconds when gazing at these three ingredients in my little kitchen! Hope you enjoy it!

Chock full of the comforting and down-home country taste of berries! Freeze your fresh berries before using, or use frozen ones purchased from the store if they're not in season! :)

An absolutely delicious done-in-a-snap snack, or breakfast treat (if you double/triple the recipe) that's as much fun to make as it is to eat! You end up with a slice with pretty, circular patterns, that's soft and sweet on the top, and crisp at the bottom!

    Recipe #18766

A delicious, incredibly easy way to dress up fresh apples for an quick snack. Enjoyed by both kids and adults alike.

    Recipe #117194

    Cool and refreshing!

    Recipe #58900

Low fat, low calorie and fast lunch on the go.

    Recipe #31259

Here is a quick and easy one for the kids. So simple so let them help.

    Recipe #33353

The ultimate mall fruity shake at home! I modified this recipe one day from one i found online. I have sensitive teeth so I don't like ice much anyway. Guaranteed not to give you "slushie headache".

    Recipe #24088

What a great summer drink or breakfast smoothie!

Great for brown-bagging. I've actually had this for breakfast as well!

    Recipe #19909

This came from my mother who managed to grow two kids taller(and I mean taller!) then herself. We ate these carrots all the time! Overall is a great snack that is tasty. I suggest to adjust to your taste, some like it soggy some not, just don't make it in advance, will lose the carotene ;) Make sure to exclude raisins if prepared for infants or toddlers under 5. Use your own judgment but raisins ARE choking hazard.

    Recipe #69150

Prep time doesn't include freezing time. If you use the orange-pineapple juice, they will taste more like OJ pops than pineapple. I prefer pineapple juice only.

    Recipe #60235

My children and their friends ask for my homemade popsicles morning, noon and night. I never turn them down; who am I to tell them that they are good for them! For variety I substitute different flavours of frozen juice - grape, fruit punch, tropical etc.

I made this with my children after trying to find something they could help with in the kitchen. They had this for breakfast and made more and more batches until I ran out of watermelon! Can also be frozen for an ice block or sorbet-type dessert

    Recipe #31188

Dinner in a hurry can be as simple as rolling up a tortilla filled with healthy ingredients. For a great "brown bag" lunch, roll into waxed paper and twist the ends, party-cracker style.
