This makes a delicious brownie for one in about a minute. I used a 1500 watt microwave. 60 seconds makes a molten center brownie. 75 seconds make a uniformly done brownie. Careful not to overcook.

Recipe #349246

This is one of my favourite snacks on days when i'm just too lazy. Very simple and nothing special, yet satisfying to the tongue...

Recipe #74045

This is one of my favorite sandwiches and whenever I tell someone about it they ask me if I am pregnant!!??? No, I just like it!!!! I hope that you will have the courage to try it.

I came up with this cookie today, looking for something decadent yet simple - this was the result. It was called evil, unbelievable, and outstanding... I guess I was successful! Option: You can make triple chocolate pecan brownie cookies by adding one cup of pecans instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

These are absolutely the chewiest, moistest, fudgiest brownies ever! I have tried adding so many different things to the batter, and they ALWAYS comes out great. They are also great without ANY add-ins! BUT by varying the add-ins, you can make different brownies every week (or day!!) SUPER EASY PREP! So, add "whatever floats your boat" and you will not believe how yummy they come out :) Oh, and the recipe doubles just fine--use a 9 x 13 inch pan instead and add a few more minutes of baking!

Cupcakes have never been this chocolatey before! Or this deliciously decadent! No humble chocolate chips in these! Buried in the middle of each cupcake is a Lindt chocolate ball. YUM! One of ten cupcake recipes in the April 2006 issue of the Australian magazine 'super food ideas'.

Name was chosen by group of friends I once served this to. You should have heard the sounds at the table! Baking time has been fine-tuned to take different reviews into consideration.

Another variation of those famous magic layer bars, this one gets it's title from the combination of salty, sweet, crunchy, and creamy (Which is what most of us chickies clamor for when having an "attack"). I think some of my male coworkers pretend to suffer from PMS occasionally, just so I'll bring them a pan of these treats!

Yes, this is the thirteenth entry for this particular recipe, and yes, it is different from all the rest. This is one of the most requested desserts I have. Easy to put together, and ohhhhhh soooooo gooooood. (People actually make strange noises while eating it.) It will keep for a few days in the fridge, but only if you padlock the door. :) Cooking time does not include the time needed for chilling. NOTE: whipped cream is measured after it has been whipped.

It was one of those days. You know, ladies: one of those hormone-raging-stay-away-but-send-chocolate kind of days. I was NOT happy. And then I chanced upon this recipe on the website. I sent my husband to the store to get ingredients (safer to stay clear of the monster in the kitchen), and made this batter. The hormones were relentless, and as I dipped into the raw batter I knew immediately that we had success here. I restrained myself from inhaling it, and put it in the oven. Then I took on the icing. One word: decadent. It hit the spot. So, dear friends, I offer you this utterly decadent, rich, intense chocolate experience. Use it for guests, use it for your family, use it as your medicine of choice. But, definitely give it a try. Additional comment, a few weeks later: I made this for some friends this week, and left out the glaze altogether. They loved it, and asked for the recipe, commenting that it was wonderful and not too sweet. (Two of them knocked off the cake in less than one day!) So, consider making it without the glaze for an equally intense, but not so sweet indulgence.

I love chocolate, and I ADORE baklava, and this is a sublime combination of the two. It involves a little work, so I make this for very special occasions.

This is a nice fudgie cake for dessert. The cake can stand while you are whipping up a quick main course eg a grill and salad.
