People can't get enough of these! I got this recipe from the Oct/Nov 2001 Taste of Home.

    Recipe #193969

Simply start with a mix, this is a chocolate treat like no other. Decadent chocolate brownie with a peanutty crispy topping, for kids of all ages !!

    Recipe #166976

This is a moist, full of fruit high-riser! I just purchased a small bag of frozen mixed berries, and added them in frozen, do not thaw, or use all blueberries if desired, or all raspberries or all blackberries! Because of all the frozen fruit, this cake will take a little longer to bake, so you might want to loosely cover the cake with foil the last 15 minutes or more of baking as to avoid browning. Make certain that your butter, eggs and buttermilk are all at room temperature for this cake, and use all-purpose and also cake flour,it will make a difference in the cakes quality! For a really nice presentation, prepare the recipe in 12 greased mini bundt tins, bake for 35-45 minutes or until the cakes test done, then follow the instructions for glazing the mini cakes, then if desired glaze with white chocolate.

    Recipe #161942

I wanted to post this so I don't ever lose it again. In college, my bestest friend, Alan, and I visited the Opryland Hotel with his parents at Christmas. In one of the gift shops in the hotel, they sell these, as well as at the little shop in Lynchburg. She served this cake and coffee after we got back to their place and opened presents. It was glorious (and not cheap by any means). So, I came home and started searching, playing, and experimenting. I found this through Google and it's exactly like what we had that night. If you're wondering what it's like..think chocolate-coffee-flavored cake on a bender. YUM!

    Recipe #151749

This is a super easy recipe with all my favorite things: coconut, peanut butter and chocolate. Got this from a friend who lives in Oklahoma. Allow at least 4 hours to cool/set before serving.

    Recipe #146766

All you have to do is melt the butter and let the kid go to town making the buttons. To explain, I have sort of defatted it for our use. However here is the Taste Of Home version. It all started when I wanted some fudge and I can't make fudge worth a hoot. I used Peanut Butter extract instead of the real thing. As good as my version is, I am betting this one is better. Not going to be the most glorious thing you ever made, but I bet the kid will be proud of it. Note I added a drop of vanilla to mine.

Tasty way to satisfy those "sweet and salty" cravings. :) I found this recipe online while searching for a way to use up the rest of the Crispix cereal I had purchased for another recipe.

    Recipe #137823

Make your own version of these tasty cake/cookies

    Recipe #134577

What can be better than shortbread with spiced tea or Turkish coffee? This is an untried recipe from Moosewood Collective that I am posting for Zaar World Tour 2005.

If you haven't heard of or made "wacky cake" before, don't let the strange combo of ingredients scare you away. Trust me, it will be one of the most moist and delicious cakes you'll ever have! Unlike traditional wacky cake, this recipe makes a wonderful and refreshing lemon cake rather than a chocolate cake. Personally, I think it's the perfect summer dessert!

    Recipe #134099

    Very fudgey peanut butter muffins!!

    Recipe #134006

Easy, rich, fast and yummy dessert. Your guests will never guess the crust layer is saltines! Pretty enough for company but easy enough for everyday! Time to make does not include refrigeration time- 4 hours Very yummy made with fresh strawberries from Mexico, Texas and California.

    Recipe #132335

What could be a more romantic way to end a dinner than with truffles. I came across this quote recently- "The truffle is not exactly an aphrodisiac, but it tends to make women more tender and men more likeable." - by French gastronome Brillat-Savarin

    Recipe #131413

These are not as low fat as I would like, but are a wonderful way to pamper yourself and others on special occasions. The number of rolls may vary according to how the dough is handled.

    Recipe #131314

Oh Yeah! Now I can make my own cake mixes just like the big boys! This would make a nice gift, along with a cake pan, large mixing spoon, some cocoa, maybe a pot holder, etc. Enjoy! Chocolate cake is popular all over the USA! New England, Southern, Mid West, Mid Atlantic, West and Southwest.

    Recipe #129855

"Waves of chocolate melt in your mouth upon tasting these filled cookies." Whenever I make these cookies, people offer me money to make them their own personal stash! From "Something's Chocolate" by Patricia Tatro Opler.

    Recipe #128751

A muffin recipe from the Harvest House B&B.
