I have not made this recipe.

Recipe #82353

Recipe #122371

Found on the Net in response to a request. This recipe apparently originated with Better Homes and Gardens, in the late '70s.

Recipe #17019

This is my favorite soup ever. I've loved it since I was a little girl. I think this is the closest recipe to the authentic greek restaurants.

Recipe #70712

A classic and flavorful soup, originating in Greece.

Recipe #7602

Stuffed grape leaves with egg-lemon sauce, a Greek dish. Can be used as a main dish, side dish or appetizers. Love this for dinner parties, showers, etc. If you like, you can also serve the dolmadakia cold later on without the sauce. However, do not serve the sauce cold and don't reheat the sauce. I have on occasion added 1/4 c raisins or 2 Tbs minced black olives to the stuffing. Number of servings is a guess, because how many dolmadakia are in a serving depends on the circumstances (main dish, side dish or appetizer). UPDATE: NOTE ON PAN: Although I've used a Pyrex pan on an electric stove over low heat with success, there have recently been at least anecdotal reports that suggest this not be the safest method, and it may be safer to stick with a metal pan. I nowadays use a decorative oval copper pan I have.

This ice cream is so rich and creamy! This recipe is for the custard base which then needs to be processed in an ice cream maker, but it is more than worth it! A lighter version can be made with half and half. I use the 16oz container of frozen strawberries and syrup in place of the strawberry puree and fresh strawberries. Or leave them out for sinfully rich cheesecake ice cream! Cook time is based on your ice cream maker and does not include time needed to cool the batter.

Recipe #115125

This has been a favorite ever since I saw Doris Day eating it in Please Don't Eat The Daisies . This is the best recipe I've found. It came from McCall's Cooking School Cookbook, and it's not as complicated as it sounds.

This is the recipe Marc Thuet, a reknowned Canadian chef, uses in his upscale Toronto restaurant, the Fifth. Serve with ice cream for an ultra-rich and luxurious dessert. Enjoy!

Recipe #128545

This is one of my favorite cookies. It's from my Swedish Grandma. They are very simple, but I think that's what I like about them. Very tender and rich.

Recipe #128617

From Confident Cooking. Freezing time not included.

Recipe #98876

I laughed at the Golden Girls when they faced their conundrum, over a cheesecake and this is the cheesecake to end all cheesecakes, not to mention conundrums! Simple to make and really to die for.. Thanks to a cousin and his part-time job in a local deli, this secret recipe, sold by the slice, is truly worth its weight in gold. So, thank you David, and everyone enjoy!

Recipe #21356

This makes a beautiful and elegant cake filled with mousse and can stand 4 layers high easily. It freezes well in summer and tastes like an ice cream cake when the mousse is still semi-frozen

This recipe is very close to a true Italian gelato. Gelato is more dense than American ice cream because the churning and freezing process differs from the one used for ice cream. Most electric ice cream machines will produce a very good gelato. This recipe requires about 1 to 2 hours refrigeration time to chill the cooked base before processing in your machine. Cook time = the cooking time for the custard base. The freezing/processing time for your ice cream machine is not included in the Prep/Cook times below.

Oooohhh to be eating this ice cream right now! What a wonderful, creamy, berry berry good experience it is to eat this ice cream. The last time I made it I ate the whole batch in one day. tehehe. Once for breakfast, once for lunch, and then dessert after dinner.

Master recipe for quiche.

This is very yummy, great for summer! We had a terrible time trying to find a recipe for Cookies and Cream, so here we go. This also makes a very rich vanilla custard ice cream base if you leave out the cookies. Prep time does not include cooling and freezing time.
