Divine! From Southern Living MARCH 2006 (Time does not include 8 hr chill time)

    Recipe #481870

From Little Corner of Mine blog, http://belachan2.blogspot.com/2008/10/dark-chocolate-yogurt-cake.html.

    Recipe #381634

A moist, flourless cake, using semolina and ground almonds instead. Dust the cake with confectioner's sugar, serve accompanied by strained, plain yoghurt and drizzle the remaining orange syrup around. Decorate with the reserved orange rind and sprigs of mint From the book "Perfect Baking" published by Parragon in 2008.

I saw a recipe for this on the internet. I liked the idea, having 2 avocado trees. I just didn't like that recipe. So here is mine.

    Recipe #478599

This is soooo pretty when done. A wonderful way to serve fruit dessert. Go crazy and use different fruits!!!!! Choose at least 1 tart fruit as the "pastry" is quite sweet.

    Recipe #477442

This is a luscious lemon cake. The blueberries really set it off and make such good looking slices. Recipe #477445 is just perfect for this cake.

    Recipe #477444

This is a lower-fat version of lemon cake I discovered in a recent issue of Cooking Light. The frosting works best when the cream cheese is cold--use it right from the refrigerator. Don't skip letting the frosting chill for an hour before you frost cake otherwise frosting will be too thin. Store finished cake in the refrigerator.

A peanut butter chocolate cake within two minutes, one minute prep time and one cook time :) Please do not leave out the baking soda or the salt and I do use just a small pinch ;)

    Recipe #474515

This is a really looker as well as a great tasting cake. If you just want the chocolate double the wafer cookies and eliminate the strawberries. You could also use another fruit...or even vanilla wafer cookies. You can make individual cakes or smaller versions with 3 or 5 cookies in the circle.

    Recipe #477119

This recipe has been handed down from my grandmother to my mother, who used to make this for me when I was growing up and I now make for my family. It is so easy and delicious you'll be making it for all your parties! It won't stay in your fridge for long!!

    Recipe #335022

This cardamom scented chiffon cake is inspired by the aromatics found in India. Each bite is like an air pillow, with an explosion of flavors. It is the moistest cake you will ever have!

Living in Japan I discovered this nice Japanese Cheesecake. Myself, I think it's really delicious.

What is Gooey Butter Cake you ask? It is a super-sweet, rich, St.Louis original treat! I have made this recipe hundreds of times to rave reviews. My fiances co workers even go as far as to trade work for Gooey Butter Cake! But what's someone from out-of-town, or in my case, relocated Las Vegas, to do? Follow This Recipe! It's super easy...anyone can make it! ENJOY!

    Recipe #195977

This is one of JELLO's spring recipes this year. I like the recipe cause you can make cake pops without owning a special pan.

    Recipe #476724

A recipe from Maman Dion. This cake can be frozen, well wrapped, it can keep his flavour for 2 months. You can bake this cake in a loaf pan. Cut and slice and toast it as breakfast.

    Recipe #357863

This is a delicious cake! The caramel glaze is the perfect finishing touch.

I looked for this here but I could only find blueberry buckle. This is almost like a coffee cake. I got this out of an old fashioned cookbook from my Great Grandmother, and the description says; "Flummery, Fool, Grunt, Slump, and Buckle were variations of old English puddings made with fruit. They were also common in early America" I will post 3 of the five variations.

You will be proud to serve this luscious and light sponge cake.

    Recipe #475495

Great at coffee time or as a dessert. You could use apricot, strawberry or your favorite jam in place of the cherry jam OR just leave the jam off and make it plain.

    Recipe #475489

I put two carrot cake recipes together and came up with this. There are baking times for both regular and mini cupcakes. I personally prefer the mini cupcakes, as they are the perfect size for a small indulgence.
