This is a lovely handmade ice cream which has very unique taste. I guess you can make it in a ice cream maker too. But I do not have one and make ice creams manually. Freezing time not included.

Sherbets made in the refrigerator used to be common when I was growing up -- Here's an orange & cranberry combination made just that way! Preparation time does not include the time needed for the sherbet to freeze.

A friend had shared this recipe for slush with me this past Christmas. We had guests during the holidays and the slush didn't last long! I wish I had made a double batch!

Delicious summer drink. I've seen a couple recipes on this site, but I think mine probably isn't as sweet. It's been described as "a long island iced tea with bourbon." We keep some in the freezer all summer long!

Oh. my. goodness. I was somewhat skeptical, thinking this might be weird, but the spicy chocolate sweetness is SO delicious. Yum. Just, yum. This is from The Vegan Scoop. Cooking time is cooking and chilling time. ***NOTE: Nutrition Facts listed are inaccurate!! Food.com wouldn't take "soy creamer" as a valid ingredient, so the listed facts are for dairy cream--much higher in fat.

Recipe from a friend. Without instant pudding mix. Kid approved! Prep time does not include freezing time.

Icy and refreshing! Serve as a dessert or a cooling snack. Caribbean, Southwestern, Mexican, Southern

I used to live in Houston, TX and these were something I enjoyed regularly. The brands used are proprietary. I think this is pretty close to what I drank there.

From Good Eats Season 9 Episode 4 Churn Baby Churn II

    Recipe #285730

This is the recipe used by Alton Brown on his banana episode. The ice cream is incredibly rich and delicious. Try it with chocolate syrup!

This would be great for the holidays; mostly sweet with a little tartness in every bite. The dairy can be varied to increase or decrease the fat content. It's also quite simple to make. Cook time includes minimum chill time.
