This is an easy way to serve omelets. In our house, it takes me forever to make breakfast on the stove top! Baking this is soooo much easier. Feel free to add or subtract to suit your tastes (bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, etc.)

This granola makes a GREAT, filling snack. Good dry or with milk. It is very addictive, but it's good for you, so enjoy!

Recipe #31235

A simple and tasty breakfast/brunch treat. This is an adopted recipe from the RecipeZaar account, and I am delighted to be the new owner of such a winning recipe. If you would like the inside of the finished dish to be a little less "egg-y" then cut the number of eggs down to 3, and many many reviewers also found that just 3 Tablespoons of butter worked better for them. Either way they did it, they all agreed that the taste was great. Enjoy!

Excellent! May be prepared a day ahead, and chilled. Just bake in the morning.

I make this for the guy's birthday breakfasts, at their request. Think this recipe comes from the Martha Stewart website.

This recipe is from Southern Living Magazine but tweaked a bit by me. It's great for an early-morning breakfast or brunch for a crowd, because you can do most of the work ahead of time and just throw it in the oven the morning you want to serve it.

Delicious late night snack.

Recipe #25151

Two yellow orbs, surrounded by white in a sea of red. Been there, done that. This is an ehanced and scaled down variation of Poached Eggs in Catsup posted by Darlene Summers. A little tartness has been added to counter the sweet catsup and extra liquid was added to accommodate cooking smaller portions in a standard frying pan. Some people might want to add just a dash of hot sauce. Cooking is a Creative Sport.

We love breakfast foods for supper during the winter, so when DH saw this recipe in our local co-op magazine, he was quick to point it out to me. Check it out and see what you think!!!

Just like McDonalds, but you can control the ingredients. Great for work or breakfast on the go!

Recipe #32544

Wonderful breakfast, brunch, or mid-morning snack. This recipe is very versatile. Any kind of cereal works, and you can substitute dried fruit and/or nuts for part of the cereal. If using a cooked, hot cereal like oatmeal, combine with wet ingredients instead of dry.

Recipe #115633

wonderful brunch idea that can serve large quantity with little effort! Can vary the cheese or even the meat in this. Great served on toasted english muffins

Recipe #106668

Alton Brown's technique for delicate, soft, creamy eggs. Does this man have this down to a science? You bet he does.

Recipe #107476

Yum, yum! These are the best! Hot fluffy waffles with occasional "pockets" of cream-top with your favorite syrup or honey and you are in instant waffle heaven! These are great to throw together when your cottage cheese is about to expire and you want to use it up.

This is a tasty breakfast/snack item that can be put together in minutes! It was my daughters (Tia) favorite breakfast when she was little. She now makes it for her kids, and enjoys it still.

This recipe is an adoptee from the RecipeZaar account, and I haven't tried it yet. I will repost here when I have tried the recipe. I won't change the recipe, though...it seems that people like it the way it is.

I love homemade granola--I discovered it this spring when I found about 10 recipes for granola on the internet. This is my favorite conglomeration. Sometimes I add some sesame oil too, either in addition to or in place of the vegetable oil. Enjoy!

Not liking cottage cheese yet wanting the additional protein brought me to this recipe. These are lovely, fluffy, non-cottagey tasting pancakes. It's been in my family for a long time. Enjoy!

I know most people know Dutch Babies as a sweet breakfast food- but not in my family! Sausage and cheese make this breakfast classic more hearty.
