This recipe came out of a family circle magazine. It was a recipe that crisco put in the magazine, but they are wonderful enchiladas. I highly suggest you make the enchilada sauce rather than using the can stuff because it has excellent flavor.

    Recipe #98604

Better than the frozen ones you microwave!

    Recipe #122820

This is a delicious chicken recipe that pleases my whole family. At 1.5 grams carb per serving it goes well with a carb controlled diet, but those not on carb control love it too. I serve this with a crisp salad and white wine. Hope you enjoy this as much as we do! Adapted from quick and easy Low Carb by Amanda Cross. Prep time does not include marinating overnight. Added June 22 05: Please be sure to use a low sodium soy sauce to avoid saltiness.

    Recipe #113639

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.

    Recipe #99476

I'm passing this on from a girlfriend of mine. I made it and all I can say is "Wow"! I actually marinaded the tenderloins for 72 hours because I forgot I had it in the refrigerator and it was wonderful.

    Recipe #61069

This is a meal that takes about 30 minutes. It's something that tends to be popular with kids, yet something you can still enjoy in adult fashion. Enjoy!

    Recipe #121531

I made this last week and it's really good. My mom especially loved it. She kept going back for more. Very yummy!

Serve these meatballs with sauce over pasta (see my recipe for Marinara Sauce), or in a hoagie bun. Both recipes are from Bartolino's restaurant.

    Recipe #120716

This is from the 365 Ways To Cook Chicken cookbook. I've made the tomato sauce a few times, but I'm usually just lazy and buy a jar of marinara sauce. The option is yours. I also sometimes make the chicken without the addition of sauce and mozzarella - real easy and real tasty.

    Recipe #58113

Simple to prepare chicken salad that I make up for sandwiches. We never have left-over chicken, so I microwave chicken just to make this. Very basic but very good! P.S. Celery is listed as optional because my husband hates it...if I am only making this for him, I leave it out! :)

    Recipe #69404

These are so quick and easy and they are absolutely delicious. A real family favorite. Whenever I make tacos, I also make these, so everyone can have one of each (or more :) These reheat really good, too. You can also bake these in the oven at 350° for about 15-20 minutes.

Got this from www.butterball.com I plan on making this to use up some of the turkey left-overs after Thanksgiving.

    Recipe #46366

Rebecca posted this on the web. I ate this the other night and I LOVED IT! It was awesome. Try it. The recipe is very similar to a chicken dish served at a local well-known restaurant.

    Recipe #59120

We made this the other night and loved it! I think next time we'll double the sauce...it's SO good...

I love my brother's grilled chicken and for years, he would never give up the recipe. I finally whined him to death so here it is. I don't think he wanted me to know how easy it is to make. Marinates overnight.

    Recipe #62480

If you have never had a roast wrapped in bacon...you are in for a treat...very tasty and very moist...

    Recipe #86783

This is absolutely my favorite way to cook short ribs - it's a longtime family favorite. Serve it over any type of noodle you like...I prefer the thicker, German style noodle for this dish.

    Recipe #52192

This dish is the ultimate comfort food for me. And the sauce is a little on the lighter side because you may choose to use very little butter or heavy cream. I use skim milk, and find that I don't miss the cream at all. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables layered in this as well. Asparagus and/or artichoke hearts make nice substitutions. For the ravioli, try and find a "family size" package (24-28 oz), or you may use two smaller packages.
