    Garlic is also known as "the stinking rose," a term reportedly going back to Greek and Roman times. And OH how I love garlic! Here's a large and widely varied collection of garlic recipes that look delicious. Although there are a very small number included that use dried/granulated/powdered garlic, most of these recipes use fresh garlic. Enjoy!     I would eat steamed Alaskan King Crab legs 24/7 if I could afford it! But on the rare occasions (that are getting few and far between) that I do treat myself, this is THE butter "sauce" to dip the meat in! It could be used to dip any seafood in - I've just always reserved it for my crab legs.

    On the recipe that I have, this marinade is used with New York Strip Steaks. They are marinated for 2 days and are turned once after the first day of marinating. Then salt and peppered and grilled. You can also reserve some of the marinade to serve over your steak.
