    From the Chicken Coop

We eat so much chicken, I'm surprised we aren't clucking instead of talking! Since we haven't sprouted feathers yet, I guess I'm not too worried. Gotta run, though...it's time for our feed. I meant food...

This is comfort food heaven. I've always received rave reviews and requests for the recipe.

Chicken and Spaghetti in a creamy parmesan sauce. No tomatoes in this one.

    Recipe #99423

    Recipe #232468

I started making this recipe years ago. It was probabley the first "out of my comfort zone" recipe I had ever tried and my family LOVED it. I actually think this recipe is better then the restaurant dish. On the mexi-ranch dressing I add much more cumin, chili powder, and dill weed then the recipe calls for so just keep mixing until you have the kind of flavor you desire.

    Recipe #205307

Try this for something different! The recipe originally came from a Canadian Living cookbook.

    Recipe #36489

A favorite from "San Francisco a la Carte". Easy and elegant.

    Recipe #18016

The blend of flavors in this dish, and the aroma, is wonderful. It's a bit of work, but in my opinion, worth it.

I believe I got this recipe from Taste of Home. It was submitted by Rebekah Brown. Chicken came out very moist and tender, and sauce is delicious.

    Recipe #174942

As I have stated before I mostly gather, modify and review recipes instead of designing them and this is one of those recipes. The recipe came from LeighDear at LowCarbFriends.com and is one I did not modify at all. It is a REALLY good dish that my family loves and has been getting great reviews. Thanks for the great recipe Leigh!

    Recipe #228463

Especially good if served with wild rice. Recipe in honor of my Grandmother who passed away 1 year ago. This was always a wonderful treat when she made this!

    Recipe #3514

This is such a decadent meal. Great for company. Serve with brown and wild rice blend and a salad.

I always poached chicken when I needed cooked for a recipe -- and I never liked the way it came out. I was watching Ina's show on the Food Network last weekend and this is how she cooks her chicken for recipes. I tried it and it was the most moist chicken I have ever had. I used it in chicken noodle soup -- YUM!!! The recipe can be increased or decreased depending on how much cooked chicken you need. UPDATE 7/31/07 -- I tried this method on boneless, skinless chicken breasts and it worked great -- I baked for about 35 minutes and it was cooked perfectly!

    Recipe #234465

I do these in the crock pot mostly, but sometimes I do them covered on the stove top, and both ways they come out moist and juicy. Stove top takes only 25 minutes simmering. The sauce is so good!

Saw a recipe which I used as a guide. Used breasts instead of pieces, increased the garlic & poached the chicken in the marinade first as my meat was very thick. Finished by browning the chicken for a more appetising appearance. YUM! Great for garlic lovers. Prep time does not include marinating time, as that can vary, depending on the time you have.

    Recipe #63622

I took a copycat Macaroni Grill recipe and adapted it to have "Carino's ingredients" (except for mushrooms, which I don't care for, but you could add them with the onions, if desired). My friends and I, who are all Carino's Chicken Scallopini freaks LOVED this! Hope you do, too!

    Recipe #209414

Simple and delicious combination of bacon, cheese and chicken. I made it up myself but it goes really nicely served with 'Ainsley Harriott's' Lemon Couscous and roasted Mediterranean vegetables. A real mixture of flavours.

    Recipe #253754

Delicious and easy...crusty chicken with a light sauce made from the pan drippings. Can also use almonds or pecans.

    Really yummy but very filling.

    Recipe #170870

A variety of tomatoes – red, yellow and orange – give this recipe lots of color and flavor. Serve with your favorite pasta.
