Love these moist burgers that don't even need a bun! (although my kids still eat them as a "traditional" burgers with ketchup on a bun) Weight Watcher's only 5 points (without a bun) and they don't taste like traditional "diet" burgers!
I used to work in an upscale gourmet foods store, and this recipe was a huge success with the clientele. I've scaled it down to a normal sized recipe, but you may choose to tweek some of the flavors before cooking. Taste the marinade before you put the fish in!

Pearl sugar is like large granulated sugar - or very coarse sugar. A good replacement is to coarsely chop sugar cubes if you can't find this in your locale. This recipe gives two options - one using orange juice or the other using cold brewed coffee - I think both options are great choices!

You can reduce the fat with no fat mayo or low fat mayo. Serve this in a chilled bowl ontop a lettuce leaf surrounded by crackers or just eat as is. Try it in lettuce wraps or rolled up in a torilla shell or even stuff a pita with it!
