Another recipe using Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix. These are the only pancakes I make - no one ever has the idea that these might be wheat free. Makes 6 4-inch pancakes.

    Recipe #250445

A recipe from www.celiac.com that I have altered slightly. If your flour mix does not include xanthan gum, add 1 T of ground flax seed (although you may add it anyway as the outcome of the recipe won't be affected). It is also very important to chill the dough before you bake them - they won't spread as much. NOTE; If you are making this recipe as a non-gluten free recipe using regular all-purpose flour, do not use quick oats as the recipe was made with regular long cooking oats.

    Recipe #391371

This is from the Blood Type Diet website. I don't particularly agree with the premise of the diet, but there are some good recipes on the website. Marinating time not included in prep or cooking times. This would be a good recipe for OAMC.

    Recipe #358821

Not really sure where I got this recipe, but is a nice change from the regular stir fry.

    Recipe #272649

I found this recipe on another website where people post recipes that are WW friendly. I decided to try and make it gluten-free and they were just delicious. This recipe makes 6 - 4 pancake servings and the WW points are 6 per serving.

    Recipe #253494

This is a recipe that I found on the Dei Fratelli tomato website. I make it quite often in the winter and usually put it in the crockpot after I've put it all together.

    Recipe #250757

Crispy baked chicken tenders with a zingy berry cherry BBQ sauce. The cherries and blueberries can either be fresh or frozen (no need to thaw first).

    Recipe #317852

This was originally a recipe from one of those Pillsbury cookbooks that you can buy at the check out lane. I took the mushrooms out (because I am allergic to them) and replaced them with bean sprouts.

    Recipe #213117

This is my recipe for Chow Mein. I can usually make this at a drop of the hat. If you have leftover meat from another meal, you can use it in place of the ground beef - about 2 cups of cooked meat. Also, if you use chicken, use chicken bouillon instead of beef. Most chow mein recipes have mushrooms, but I don't use them because of an allergy. This can be served with rice or chow mein noodles.

    Recipe #301466

I was browsing through some of the recipes in my recipe box and found this one. I haven't made this in ages and if I remember correctly, these are very good. Marinating time is not included in the times.

    Recipe #250530

This is a recipe that I found in "The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook" by Majorie Hurt Jones. The original recipe does not call for ground beef and I have adjusted the amount of vegetables in the recipe as well.

    Recipe #289183

This is a recipe that I found in Quick & Healthy by Brenda Ponichtera. It's a really great entree for lunch or dinner. It also makes a great breakfast. When made using Egg Beaters, this recipe is only 1 point per serving. When made with regular eggs, it is 2 points per serving.

    Recipe #258050

This is an adaptation of recipe #320392. I'm still in the search for a great pizza (I can't eat wheat or yeast) and this recipe appealed to me. I've scaled it down and used it tonight for a pizza -- it was pretty good -- still not quite the same. I can't wait to use it for sandwiches.

    Recipe #350264

I don't even remember where I got this recipe, but we really like it and it is a different way to serve chicken. Great recipe if you have lots of leftover cooked chicken.

    Recipe #250458

We use ground turkey products quite often. This is a recipe that I found on the Jennie-O Turkey Store site with a few changes to make this a one-dish meal. A great dish for a family with hungry teen age boys.

    Recipe #238944

A very simple noodle salad that makes a great lunch for two. This recipe is easily doubled. Cook time is chilling time.

    Recipe #336755

This is an adaptation of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I sometimes bake these in the morning for breakfast leaving out the garlic . They're great for sausage biscuits - something I thought I would never eat again!
