I saw Nigella Lawson make this on Travel & Living. Ingredients are almost accurate as I didn't jot down anything. Looks real tempting though.

    Recipe #242453

From Nigella Lawson's "Nigella Express" episode "On The Run"

    Recipe #319882

Cheesecakelets Recipe courtesy Nigella Lawson. Show: Nigella Feasts. Episode: Breakfast All Hours

    Recipe #216944

Chicken thighs in an Asian marinade, served with rice noodles and sugar snap peas. From Nigella Kitchen 1x04 "Kitchen Tourist" http://bit.ly/i2uCNq

    Recipe #451139

I got this from a Nigella cookbook. The general method for preparing the chickpeas is fantastic. They come out so creamy and delicious. The seasoning for this is wonderful. Feel free to change it up with different seasonings. I use one standard Goya bag of dried chickpeas for this. ETA - the original recipe says to cook the chickpeas for 1 1/2 hours. For me, with the fresh chickpeas I get in a store with very high turnover I aonly cook them for 25 minutes to 1/2 hour. Please take this into consideration when making this.

These come out rather like a chocolate shortbread - a little on the sandy side. Be sure to let the glaze cool and thicken slightly or it will drip right off. Adapted from Nigella Christmas by Nigella Lawson

    Very moist cake.

I love this cake. As Nigella says: "the essence of all that is desirable in chocolate - dark intensity isn't toyed with nor upstaged by any culinary elaboration. The plainest of plain loaf cakes - damp, heady, aromatic!" What can I say? Be sure to line the tin well.

Peas came in late this year. Not enough to freeze like I always do so instead I tried this simple, tasty treat because I love lettuce, peas, and with a bit of butter. The new scallions that I pulled up from the earth, the fresh lettuce, snipped, and the peas just make such a treat to devour and enjoy the accomplishment of these garden treats.

This is Nigella Lawson's version of Gravlax, which is slightly different from those already posted here. I made this for the first time for our Christmas Eve Buffet last year and five of us devoured it by the end of the night! Cooking time is the 2-3 days of sitting time in fridge.

    Nigella Express; very messy

    Recipe #334123

I started with Nigella's Blueberry Muffin Recipe from "How To Be A Domestic Goddess" and re-vamped it to make it much healthier - but still delicious!

    Recipe #271515

From Nigella Lawson's "Nigella Express" episode "On The Run". Makes a great hostess gift.

    Recipe #319970

Normally, you need to make chocolate mousse a good few hours, or better still a day, before you want to eat it, so that the egg yolk sets and the whisked whites permeate everything with air bubbles. Forget that: here we have no yolks, no whites, no whisking, no waiting. Lack of raw egg, incidentally, also means that you might be happier giving the mousse to small children, though I certainly feel they should not be the only beneficiaries.

    Recipe #258995

    From "Nigella Kitchen" episode 2.
