Great for potlucks! You can even make these in mini muffin tins to make them kid-sized! Use your favourite pizza toppings for the filling. For another savoury tart recipe try Cheeseburger Tarts recipe#60239. These freeze well.

    Recipe #168301

This nifty little recipe will allow you to make your own home-made instant pudding! It relies on instant clear jel, which will set cold liquids. (Clear Jel and INSTANT Clear Jel are not the same thing - make sure you get the instant!) It's a modified corn starch, and gluten-free. You can also produce the powder in bulk (2 c clear jel and cocoa powder, 48 pkts Equal, 1/2 t salt), and mix 3/4 c of that with 2 cups of milk - transfer the powder to storage with a spoon so it doesn't fly everywhere. These individual portions of mac and cheese are light but satisfying. For best nutritional results, use whole-wheat or high-fiber pasta. Two make a nice dinner with a salad; one makes a nice side portion. Weight Watchers compatible; see original posting for points. values.http://bit.ly/W4SLFN

    Recipe #493827

These mini-meatloaves are made with ground chicken and flavored like chicken parmesan. Two make a main course. Weight Watchers compatible; points listed at original site. http://bit.ly/YdA0Tu

    Recipe #493825

These little tartlets have all the flavors of enchiladas, are completely customizable, and offer built-in portion control. Want them mild? Leave out the chiles and use a mild sauce. Like them spicy? Add more chili and a spicier sauce. Substitue shredded cooked pork, cooked ground beef, or rice and black beans. These are Weight Watchers compatible, and the original author provides points (though she's not supposed to...) Nutrition information here is NOT CORRECT (because 'zaar doesn't have the low-fat cheese in the database). http://bit.ly/13MjeuK

    Recipe #493824

Basic, quick and easy. A simple way to use up leftover rice (it will be much better made with cold rice, trust me.) Make it a main dish by adding 1 lb cooked chicken or shrimp. From Weight Watchers; points values can be found on their site (points will change if protein is added). http://bit.ly/Vb3DQs
