I love those cherry peppers from the grocer. Growing just one bush can give you enough supply for a year. Great for use in Italian dishes, stuffed with cheese or on sandwiches, but especially good in recipe #475541. Update: I find the red and yellow peppers are sweeter. The green ones have too much of a 'bite'.

Thanks to iewe for naming this recipe for me. Originally named Pumpkin Snickerdoodles I like her new name for it! Found this on Annie Eats Blog and tweaked the spices just a bit and the size to fit my needs. I received 5 dozen cookies using a small cookie scoop. Nice fluffy and soft cookie full of flavor. Hope you enjoy them too!

I found this recipe on the Reader's Digest web site and I'm posting it for ZWT 7. This immune-boosting antioxidant cocktail supplies all your vitamin A for the day and more than half your requirement for vitamin C. If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can still whip up this beverage with a wire whisk in a deep bowl.

From Just Hungry, but modified to cut the spiciness a bit. I just started getting to know winter squashes, and kabocha has become my favorite. It's fairly small, nicely sweet, and the skin is so thin that you don't need to peel it. This is a really easy way of preparing it.

After eating Canneloni Genovese too many times at a local restaurant, a friend and I set out to recreate the Rosatella Sauce at home. Here is the basic sauce. that seems about as close as we can get. It's the best of a simple marinara sauce combined with alfredo sauce.

    Recipe #445444

These sound a little healthier than those covered in marshmallows, but still have a sweet taste...11/02/13-I diced these and made as directed; they cooked a little faster so I took them out about 8 minutes earlier than what the recipe stated.
