I don't even like Pork, but was tricked into tasting this dish when I was told it was chicken. WOW! The meat was sooo tender and juicy; so tender in fact, that it was literally falling apart! It was like nothing I'd ever tasted before! Definitely not like my mother's hard, crusty pork chops! lol! This recipes goes hand in hand w/ some mashed potatoes. Just pour the leftover gravy on the taters' and enjoy!
I always try to find ways to make different cuts of meat soft and tender. This recipe is a sure fire winner. London Broil is a hard meat to get tender and juicy and this simple recipe will show you how. You will never eat London broil any other way.
The key to getting stick-to-the-ribs results is to use a bottled thick teriyaki glaze rather than a thinner teriyaki sauce. This is a hands-off slow cooker recipe that turns out moist, tender and wonderfully flavored ribs.
A really nice fireside supper for friends. Taste the Aus Jus first to make sure it's really "beefy" and add another bouillon packet if needed.
Edit--if "heat bothers you" start with 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
My mom made these for my family's Christmas party and my family thought they were so good. When my mom made these she did not add the red pepper flakes due to these being served to children. When I made them I did the same as my mom except I used a 12oz jar of orange marmalade to use up a couple of leftover tablespoons. I also used Aldi's brand frozen meatballs. The recipe is from Sandra Lee at Food Network.
Tender, moist and easily cut off the bone chicken. My family loved this chicken. The spices are very flavorful. When I made this I cut my onion into 4 quarters. I recommend wearing gloves when rubbing the chicken and when putting the chicken in the crockpot as your hand do get messy. I also cooked my chicken for 4 hours and high and it was perfect. I found this recipe on Pinchin Your Pennies.
I threw this together one morning before going out for the day. It was super easy because only three ingredients are needed! Not only did the house smell heavenly when we came home, but dinner was ready and it was awesome!
