I made this for Halloween Night and my guests were so impressed. My dad couldn't stop raving about it, he thought I bought it from a bakery or Cake Boss! The pistachio filling is soooo good. I serve with Blue Bunny Pistachio Almond ice cream, yum! Please read directions throughly before starting the tips will help. Recipe from Phyllis Hoffman "Celebrate" Halloween Edition

These are my favorite cupcakes from when I was young! They're so delicious, they're easy to make, and everyone always wants the recipe. :) My mom used to spread the extra glaze between graham crackers and we would eat them after they hardened. Those were so good that sometimes we would just make the glaze recipe minus the cupcakes!

I bought a convection oven and I was playing around with some recipes and combined a German chocolate recipe with a fudgy chocolate recipe and then my mind just went in a totally different direction - the directions the recipe that I wrote here are for three layers and I think in a conventional oven that would be best - I tried doing my first one which is pictured here in a spring form (because of the convection oven) and then just sliced it in half - I would not recommend that - I was lucky I had wrapped tin foil around the bottom of the pan - the batter is so liquid that it runs through - so three single layer pans will work best - I made this last weekend for my neighbors birthday and everyone was drooling - hope you enjoy it!

This cake is sooooooo moist and delicious. It can be eaten right away, but is so much better if left in the frig for a day or so. My times are approx.

    Recipe #309808

This is a dessert that is served often during island gatherings or fiestas. It's a traditional dessert and no chamorro table is complete without it. There are different variations, but any way it's made, it is DELICIOUS!!

Baby Rattle Cupcakes Recipe from Happy Cookies. This was on the local morning news. It was too cute. Perfect for that baby shower you're about to go to. Prep time does not include cooling time.

Like carrot cake, only pinker! A lovely fluffy hazelnut-flavoured cake, just as healthy as carrot cake(oil, no butter) and a pretty specked pink. I made it exactly as below, but next time I'll try to add dried cranberries for even more pink!

I don't really have the time or patience for baking but I wanted a delicious dessert. I played around with some ingredients & my effort was rewarded with this wonderful cake.

It simply wouldn't be holidays in our family without this wonderful dessert. Cool and creamy, it looks beautiful drizzled with the simply raspberry sauce.

This is a recipe that has been in my family for awhile.

    Recipe #298203

A fun cake from Woman's Day magazine. Made this for my daughter's 10th b-day, and she loved it. I used Funfetti cake mix, whipped frosting, and regular food coloring. The sour belt candies are Air Heads brand. We traced a flip flop on a piece of paper and cut around the cut-out to make the shapes. The cake can be made up to 3 days ahead before frosting. Have fun with it!!

    Recipe #297920

This is better than any Dairy Queen frozen cake! ---experiment using different flavors of ice cream and toppings, the possibilities are endless, small Oreo cookies and Oreo ice cream works well --- homemade soft cookies will not work for the crust, the cookies must be hard --- prep time includes 5 hour freezing time --- this is *SO* good!

    Recipe #296057

I got this recipe out of a Taste of Home book last summer and I love this recipe. I made it for a BBQ and my daughter requested it as a birthday cake. I've also used strawberries and blueberries for 4th of July celebration. The recipe recommends slicing the cake with a serrated knife. To split the cake into three layers I use dental floss - Makes a nice clean cut.

    Recipe #290172

This is a decadent and rich moist dark chocolate cake recipe, but it's quick & easy as a boxed cake mix is used. You can make this simple in a bundt pan & serve without frosting with just a dusting of confectioners sugar... or you can prepare it our favorite way by making it into a delicious layer cake using canned or homemade dark chocolate frosting... This is my hubby's favorite that I make for him on Valentine's Day and his Birthday every year...
