This is a holiday favorite from my mother. She makes these every year.

    Recipe #15416

I love the name of this recipe as well as I do the balls themselves. No baking is required to make these little goodies and they are great to add to a cookie tray or basket. Cooking time is actually cooling time.

And, wow, does the Cointreau add a deliciousness! They are wonderful when initially made, even better after aging a couple of days.

One word, Yummy! I tried these for the first time after a Xmas cookie exchange party. A few of the girls I work with get together before the xmas holidays and we exchange our favorite holiday treats. We all make a dozen of our favorite recipe for every person attending, so we all end up leaving with a variety of lovely treats and our Xmas baking is done!! This was my DH and DD's favorite, so of course I had to ask for the recipe :) A big thanks to Lise for sharing this recipe with me.

From Paula Deen on the Food Network. This was one of the recipes featured on her show during chocolate week. She had a chocolate fountain on the stage and dipped everything she made into it!! Ooo la la!!!

These are so good. I make them at Christmas and my son-in-law won't let anyone else get close to them. He says I made them JUST for him.

Easy no bake cookie/candy confection. Posted per a request on the recipe board.

    Recipe #31658

This no bake and gift cookie is from www.MightyCool.com and these are - TO DIE FOR! Try 'em, they're ADDICTIVE! Make ahead, and store in an airtight container(we don't want the tantalizing vapors to vanish!) for at least a week, to enjoy these BEST! Pls. note- Brandy or Bourbon can be substituted for Rum. Also, pls. note - the yield is a guess. Honestly, I feel it depends to a gigantic extent on your power to resist these:)
