3 ingredients! Never had it but it sounds interesting. Cranberry juice, light cream and honey, chilled and over ice. From The Cranberry Connection cookbook by Beatrice Ross Buszek (Compiled at the Cranberry Cottage in Granville, Nova Scotia, 1977).

    Recipe #196815

Such a pretty square for your Christmas tray. Traditional cranberries in an unbaked square, topped with pretty pink icing, garnished with dried cranberries. This makes a large amount, but go ahead, put the extras on a pretty pink or red plate and give as a gift.

    Recipe #147296

Adapted from a Food Network Special called Blue Ribbon Winners, this is definately a winner! Apples and cranberries are used in New England, Canada, the Mid West and the Mid Atlantic!

    Recipe #130193

This is a good filling breakfast. According to my recipe card, it has 2 Weight Watchers points. Perhaps you should like cranberries before trying...just a thought.

From Chamber of Commerce Cranberry cookbook, from Westport/Grayland area of Washington coast. Use fresh cranberries, in season. I buy many bags in season and freeze them for up to a year. If using frozen, no need to thaw them first.

    Recipe #180826

I love the combination of cranberries and walnuts so I was happy to find this recipe in an old Taste of Home recipe collection. Prep time does not include chill time.

I was inspired to make this fudge by a candy shop in Portsmouth, NH, called Mainely Gourmet. They sell the most decadent and unusual chocolates there. They have a cran orange white chocolate bark that is amazing. I experimented and came up with this. It's delicious, velvety and smooth. A great addition to holiday baking, I think. (Number of pieces you get depends on what size you cut them)

I've been hanging on an old magazine recipe clipping for years. Finally, I made this recipe and, WOW, it's great. I used jumbo strawberries, but you can also use regular-size strawberries. Serve an appetizer or a dessert! The filling is not overly sweet, and you can add powdered sugar to taste if you want a sweeter cheese mixture. I've found that there's more than enough filling for 12 medium-large strawberries. If you don't have time to pipe the filling, you can serve it in a bowl as a dip.
