Recipe created by Todd Wilbur www.TopSecretRecipes.com The Red Robin Restaraunt is famous for their gourmet burgers and fries. Their secret ingredient is this seasoning mix. Update: I have added a little garlic powder to make even more authentic. Recipe adapted from Todd Wilbur's version of Red Robin Seasoning.

This is a traditional fruit salad that we always serve in the summer. It is traditionally served on the holiday of Tu Be'Shvat, but we love to eat it all summer long.

This is different and really delicious. Great for Fall parties.

    Recipe #25730

I overheard someone in a grocery store saying that figs and mascarpone cheese were made for one another, so I went home and whipped this up. That was 3 years ago and we have been enjoying it every summer when figs are available in the Midwestern grocery stores. It is sweet, creamy and savory too. Just something different to try!

This is a really good three bean salad. I used to make this all the time and I just found it in our family cookbook where I'd submitted the recipe.

    Recipe #28551

This recipe is from my dear friend, Elias, and his family. They are from the Middle East and this recipe is a staple for them. It has just the right balance of flavours.

The easiest and best tasting Blue Cheese Dressing that I have found. This is a very thick and hangs right to your salad!

    Recipe #19542

Here's a refreshing fruit salad that is great in the Spring and Summer when fresh blueberries and strawberries are plentiful. It is great as a salad side dish, as a dessert, or as a topping on pound cake or ice cream!

    Recipe #206440

This is a great, healthy way to get your veggies and MUCH lower in fat than a traditional pesto. This is a great pantry-meal because it isn't dependent on the seasons and can be made in a snap at any time of the year. The sauce itself requires no cooking, and the food processor even does all the chopping for you. This sauce is vegetarian as is, but could easily be made vegan by omitting the cheese. Silken tofu is shelf-stable and can be found at asian groceries, specialty/health stores, and many regular grocery stores these days. It imparts no taste to the sauce, just a creamy decadent texture like the finest whole-milk ricotta. It can be your little secret!

It's easy to make your own salad dressing and far cheaper than buying it.

Be prepared for the best Greek salad on the planet! --- plan ahead the dressing needs at least 2 or more hours to blend the flavors, I sometimes add in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the dressing for a more cheesy dressing, all amounts may be adjusted to taste ---- to marinade the salad allow to sit at room temperature before serving, see bottom of instructions --- you will find this and many more of my recipes posted here http://kittencalskitchen.com/2009/04/13/kittens-famous-greek-salad/ ---also see my recipe #359292

A very healthy recipe that bursts with flavor! This is one dish that I make, even when I'm not on a restricted diet! If you love spinach, try this out. It is wonderful with chicken or fish. Note: Please don't make this unless you love garlic, the garlic taste is what makes the dish!
