    I found this recipe on a Fat-free Vegan site. I'm not a Vegan but it sounded delicious enough to save the recipe. This makes about 3 large servings. Add an extra frozen banana or cup of fruit for each additional serving. Prep time does not including the time to freeze the fruit.

    Every year, on Israel's Independence Day, we all go off and have a barbeque in a public park together with friends and family. Every year, without fail, my Sushiman makes his Sick Salad. Sushiman is British, so sick means barf. And it really does look like barf. People rave about it, although I wouldn't know, I really can't bring myself to eat it, although that one time I did taste it (with my eyes closed), it was actually pretty tasty! At the request of a few brave souls in the Jewish forum, here it is, in all it's glorious, barfy splendor!

    I've made this about 1,000 times now that I've been in college. I was bored and hungry one day so I decided to play around in the spice rack and this is what I created. It's nicely seasoned, low carb and just super tasty. Italian and Pizza Seasonings can be used in place of the spices (just check to see if the ingredients are similar first though.)Also, the cook time really depends on how hot you decide to crank up your stove top. When cooking this I put it on the highest it goes which may mean that my cooking time is a bit short for some.
