This is a good dish to have when you have family and friends come over for a special day together.

Recipe #85508

Pasta in a light Caesar sauce topped with crisp, browned croutons.

Recipe #109536

Comfort food at its finest. Simple and simply delicious! From my co-worker Sue. =)

Recipe #76017

This is so delicious, tastes just like a tamale and is vegetarian, too. From American Wholefoods Cusine by Nikki and David Goldbeck. I use canned pinto beans, but you certainly can use black beans, too.

Recipe #181814

A friend graciously shared this recipe with me over 25 years ago, and it's probably my most requested dish. It 'travels' beautifully, so it's perfect for potlucks, tailgate parties, or that long drive to the beach. It's fairly time-consuming, but I hope you will agree that the results make it worthwhile. My apologies that some of the measurements are guesstimates, since this is a recipe that's very difficult to 'quantify'. Once you get into it, though, it's not difficult at all to figure out how much you need of any particular ingredient.

Recipe #90877

I have been making this recipe for years, it is *the best* manicotti recipe hands down! --- I have made this many times for dinner parties and have made it for socials and large gatherings increasing amounts of coarse, I have even served this at my Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday table as an extra dish along with a turkey or ham --- to save time I always mix up the filling a day ahead and refrigerate this will also give the flavors a chance to blend together, or you may prepare up to step #9 cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours --- don't forget to cook the spinach first before using for this recipe

Recipe #72308

This filling is also wonderful served over baked puff pastry shells or Texas toast instead of baking in a pie shell --- make two and freeze one for another meal! to save time you may cook the potatoes a day ahead and refrigerate, since the bouillon powder has a high sodium content do not add in any salt until the end of cooking ;-)

Recipe #163107

This is simple to make and so good! I have made it several times and plan on making it on a regular basis, we really enjoyed this chicken dish. Although it does not say to, I deglazed the pan with about 1/4 cup dry white wine after I browned the cutlets and transfered them to a plate, you can also deglaze with dry vermouth. If you don't care for garlic then leave it out.

Recipe #141217

This chicken casserole is great...chicken smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce on top of broccoli with a buttery bread crumb topping, and a great way to use any leftover chicken that you might have from yesterdays supper, great with leftover turkey too...delicious!

Recipe #80534

This is an easy dish with lots of flavor. To save some fat you can use full-fat milk in place of the 18% cream but it will not be as creamy.

Recipe #203115

If you don't care for a sweet sauce then this is not for you. Plan ahead the meat needs to chill for a minumum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours before grilling. The sauce may be doubled if desired. Cooking time is omitted, as it will vary depending if pork or chicken is used. Prep time is chilling time.

Recipe #213961

This is truly a garlic-lover's chicken recipe, you can adjust the amount of garlic to suit taste.

Recipe #216265

I use the boxed Kellogg's cornflake crumbs for this, you can usually find them next to the Shake and Bake chicken coating mixes, if you are not able to find the boxed crumbs then you can use a processor to crush the cornflakes, reduce the baking time to 25 minutes for strips and for tenders bake only 20 minutes --- LOW-FAT OPTION use a healthy butter alternative in place of butter

Recipe #228085

For cost reasons you may use half each maple syrup and pancake syrup, still delicious and works great, maple syrup can be expensive! Serve this over cooked rice, this is a sweet glaze so you have the option of adding in the brown sugar at the end, you may omit if desired, the amounts listed for the glaze makes a fair amount, you could reduce to half if desired, I would suggest not to as the glaze is so good and goes well on rice :)--------I have stated another way to make the chicken, please see note on bottom.

Recipe #238496

From The MDC Kitchen To Yours

Recipe #195774

An excellent, juicy baked chicken. You'll have folks fighting over the garlic cloves to snack on! It happens also to be lowcarb but so good everybody will want it... :)

Recipe #27069

This recipe is the most flavorful home made fried chicken I have ever had. Also great picnic food.

I found this recipe on a low-carb site, (DH is doing a low-carb diet). I modified it some and DH says the name is very appropriate. He craves this so I end up making it once or twice a week. Good thing it is easy!
