If you're a fan of bleu cheese you have to try these! A Danish blue cheese is a must for optimal flavor. The roasted jalapeños really kick it up a notch. Husband's new favorite.
Italy meets America for this tasty creation. Splendido! Pesto, mozzarella, ciabatta bread create the perfect combination.
From Emeril. Serving size as appetizers. Also did not include overnight marinating in prep time.
Elegant, simple and delicious appetizer (tapas). Can also be a vegetarian entrée. From the cookbook, "Fort Worth is Cooking".
Great vegetarian sandwich. Can make on outdoor grill, panini press, or skillet. These are even better the next day. From Jenny :)

The sweet and spicy are a great combination. There is also an oven method of cooking but I have only tried grilling them. Did not include marinating time in prep time.
If you don't have a smoker you can still grill these ribs with the seasoning blend. From the cookbook, Smoke and Spice.
For baby back ribs; delicious.

Grilling asparagus really brings out a terrific flavor. Easy too, just add to the grill as you're cooking the meat. The seasoning is just a guideline, use whatever herb or seasoning you like. We've used basil, oregeno, etc.
