Really good with a glass of nice light white wine!

    Recipe #62979

I use crepes instead of pasta in this dish, it REALLY makes a difference! I like to use a cheese filling, but a meat filling can easily be substituted, or even a meat sauce :) Make more than you think you will need, there never seem to be any leftovers! I created this recipe by combining a few of my other recipes, I've been making this for years. Since most of the time it is just me and my boyfriend, I have scaled it down to serve 2 people. You can easliy double if needed. This sounds like a lot more work than it actually is, but it is so worth it! You could substitute jarred sauce if you want, but don't sub pasta for the crepes, that would be tragic.....hah! I estimated the prep and cooking times, it can really vary depending on what you already have on hand.

These noodles are wonderful if you need a quick side dish. They use ingredients you may already have in your pantry making them a great last minute dinner addition. The recipe comes from Canadian Living's Make It Tonight.

    Recipe #339996

Something a little different to do with your pasta. This is really easy to throw together after work, and have on the table quickly.

    Recipe #68317

This is my son's favorite meal. I make it with shrimp for him for his birthday every year. GREAT for company because it is so easy and yet taste wonderful! I cook this in the microwave, but I'm sure you could do it on the stove too. Times are what work in my microwave. Please use your own good judgment on times to use in your microwave. (In my quest to eat healthier, I now make it with light butter, light cream and reduced fat Parmesan cheese. It still tastes wonderful, but there isn't any guilt!) PLEASE NOTE! This is an "authentic" Alfredo sauce recipe! Real Alfredo sauce *only* contains butter, cream, Parmesan cheese and pepper. It will be thin and there is no garlic in it! If you want a thicker sauce or one with garlic like modern restaurants serve, please look elsewhere! Recipe #52892 and Recipe #8596 are two good places to start.

Very bold. If you are not a garlic lover, don't try this recipe. This is an adaptation of Spaghetti a la Carbanora. The garlic and egg are both raw, but don't worry, the butter melts, the egg cooks ever so slightly, the cheese melts and an indescribably heavenly amalgamation takes place. From the Best of the Best from Arkansas Cookbook.

    Recipe #110039

This is the best Alfredo sauce ever. This is several recipes combined into one. You can also add your choice of meat (chicken, shrimp or even crab). The closest OLIVE GARDEN is an hour away and I will never drive that far again just for Alfredo sauce. I promise this is the best sauce ever. Definitely a dish you would want to impress your guest with.

This is an easy, elegant Pasta dish. Enjoy!

There may be lots of recipes out there for macaroni and cheese, but this is the first one I ever found that you don't have to cook the macaroni before you bake it. It is also really simple to put together - all in the casserole dish you are baking it in! I got this from a newsletter of an organization. I take this to potlucks all the time and I always come home with none of it left. It's a dish I'm constantly handing out the recipe for; be sure not to use cheese that has been frozen and thawed because it will ruin the consistency of the dish. You can also cut down on the butter if you would like to lose some of the fat. This is not a real creamy cheesy type of macaroni and cheese, which can sometimes be a little too rich for our tastes. I've made those, but my family prefers this kind over any other.

A really simple, really fast, inexpensive dish.

Add as much heat as you wish, very good pasta! from B H & G

    Recipe #23044

A very spicy and garlicky but easy white clam (or any shellfish) sauce for pasta, but obviously the spice level can be altered. Even "toned down", it's absolutely delicious! Serve it with a crusty baguette and a salad - yum yum yum... and so, so easy!!

    Recipe #374462

This is a quick and easy shrimp dish. It takes less than 1/2 hour from start to finish! You can even eliminate the spaghetti and eat just with the shrimp. Be sure to have plenty of Italian bread to mop up the extra scampi sauce! You can even serve over plain white rice. This also freezes very well. Just defrost in a refrigerator, reheat and serve over freshly made pasta! This recipe serves about 4 people and can easily be doubled or tripled to make more. If you like more shrimp, add more...it will not affect the taste!

    Recipe #145492

Every time I make this. I get a compliment on how good it is. Never any left overs.

    Recipe #159272

N'awlin's style of chicken with an updated Alfredo sauce.

    Recipe #39087

This is a recipe from Muir Glen Organic Tomatoes, but I know Hunt's has a fire roasted diced tomato product out too. My DH loves this--he requests it about once a month!

A quick and simple recipe printed in "The New York Times" (Feb. 6, 2009). "There are many possible variations. For the cauliflower, you can substitute broccoli, rape or even kale or collards. When you're simmering the garlic, you can add anchovies, capers, pine nuts or dried red pepper flakes -- some or all of them. You can toss crumbled cooked sausage meat or chopped shrimp into the garlic mixture along with the bread crumbs. Or you can garnish with chopped parsley, basil or grated Parmesan."
