I found this pulled pork recipe years ago, and it's a favorite at potlucks. Freezes well for easy quick meals.

    Recipe #131018

I almost didn't want to share this ribs recipe because this is one of the dishes that I make that keep my sons coming back home! These can be done with baby back or regular pork ribs. I have also made split chickens this way. The ribs are tender, moist and just slide off of the bone. I know that your family will love them just as much as my family does. I noticed that some are unable to find hickory smoked salt. You can use smoked paprika or just brush the ribs with liquid smoke before applying the rub. The smoke flavor is nice because it helps give the ribs a cooked-on-the-grill flavor. Also, the easiest way to remove the membrane is to work a spoon, or I use the tips of my kitchen shears, into the bottom center of the membrane, work it back and forth to form a "pocket," then I slide my thumbs in and work the membrane off from the center outward to the ends.

My #1 way to cook a pork tenderloin or a boneless pork loin because it's ALWAYS moist and tender. It's easy and foolproof! If you like, marinate the roast and rub with any seasonings that please your palate! So many people have asked me how long to cook tenderloins if they have "more than one" to cook, I wanted to give a simple response. ANSWER: So long as the tenderloins are NOT touching each other, cook 3 or 4 individual tenderloins for the same amount of time as if you were cooking one. Remember, each tenderloin is cooking in its own separate space. EXAMPLE: If cooking three 1-pound tenderloins, cook them only 5-1/5 minutes TOTAL. This makes it a great entree recipe when having a dinner party for 8-12 people, or more. I have adopted this recipe from Mean Chef. This is one of my favorite recipes. The pork is sweet, succulent and falling apart tender. Fabulous served alone, on rolls, in tortillas.

These chops remain moist and tender, and the sauce is to die for! You probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen to make this! Serve these chops over rice!

    Recipe #34499

I don't even like Pork, but was tricked into tasting this dish when I was told it was chicken. WOW! The meat was sooo tender and juicy; so tender in fact, that it was literally falling apart! It was like nothing I'd ever tasted before! Definitely not like my mother's hard, crusty pork chops! lol! This recipes goes hand in hand w/ some mashed potatoes. Just pour the leftover gravy on the taters' and enjoy!

I am always looking for new and delicious ways to prepare pork chops. These are delicious, easy to put together and use things that are in most people's pantries. A real family pleaser. Serve with rice pilaf and a green vegetable.

This is so delicious! My mother-in-law made it for us and I have made it ever since. It came from a magazine--I don't know what one but this is amazingly good! This makes a lot of crumbs. I froze mine in a ziplock and also used it on chicken. Enjoy!

Different, unusual way to prepare ribs. The soda pop tenderizes the meat. Untried recipe but they sound so good I just had to post them!

    Recipe #19724

I think this recipe is an absolute gem. Really, in all my years of cooking, I don't think I have ever made chops as delectable as these! Crispy-crunchy on the outside, meltingly tender and moist on the inside. The key, I think, is the salty milk marinade/brine, and making sure not to overcook them. Thanks to Gourmet Magazine for this one.

    Recipe #73062

This is the most perfect recipe for ribs. You can't get them in a restaurant better than this! The meat falls off the bone as you take them out of the crock!

    Recipe #16705

This special pork is tender and juicy and seasoned just right.

    Recipe #34335

I found this recipe on the web somewhere and decided to try it. It is absolutely wonderful and the meat just falls off the bones. As my husband describes it "they are succulent!" This is a must in our family at least every other week!

    Recipe #110078

I threw this together one morning before going out for the day. It was super easy because only three ingredients are needed! Not only did the house smell heavenly when we came home, but dinner was ready and it was awesome!

I have tried many recipes for pork tenderloin and this is the absolute best ever. It is so tender and juicy and great tasting. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #87420

This is an easy but really tasty pork chop dish --- purchase the thicker size pork chops or you may use 2-3 larger pork steaks, the thinner chops tend to fall apart when baked as they bake too fast, if desired you can top with shredded cheddar cheese the last 15 minutes of baking, also chopped fresh garlic may be added also to the bean mixture -- this may also be cooked in a crockpot, just brown the chops firstly in a skillet.

These ribs just fall off the bone!

This is the way I always prepare my BBQ ribs. They result in fall off the bone tender ribs, and they are always a hit. The spices listed are what I submitted for this recipe, however I probably never use the same thing twice. Play around with those ingredients you enjoy the most. Prep time includes marinating time.
