To me Fannie Farmer's recipe is the only "real" Macaroni & Cheese. It's from my 1946 edition of "Fannie Farmer's Boston Cooking School Cookbook". With time on it's side - this recipe is hands down the best for traditional, homemade baked macaroni & cheese - comfort food. Please Note: If you use CHEAP CHEESE you will end up with a BLAND and FLAVORLESS DISH!

This is a tasty and easy breakfast casserole. Serve with a bowl of fresh fruit. Wonderful!

This chicken recipe is so easy, I hesitated in posting it. But I couldn't find it posted here, and it's so good, I thought I'd share it. It's my favorite way to bake chicken because it's moist and tender every time and the flavor is delicious!

This is always a HIT with guests. I make this everytime we have a get together and the bowl is always left empty!!

I got this recipe for TOH's Quick Cooking magazine. My DH and his buddies just absolutely raved about these. They were devoured!!

Just in time for the holidays. A family favorite.

    One of our favorites....

    Recipe #93840

More like a dessert than a salad.

    Recipe #26036

Just the thing for a day when you're wanton something delicious, and a hamburger patty is just too restrictive. Loosen up your inhibitions and pile some loose meat on a bun. Wicked over hot, whipped potatoes as well.

I used a mix of cauliflower from the gardenia mix, broccoli and boccoflower for a contrast of color. I quickly blanched the broccoli and broccoflower heads very quickly (just seconds) in salted boiling water and the chilled to brighten the color! You'll need Styrofoam cone and toothpicks. I also used a platter that has a center with with a dip basin which is not really needed.

Chicken in a tangy barbecue sauce.

    Recipe #204500

Got this from Pillsbury. I threw it together one afternoon before my husband brought his poker gang over. The sauce was really quite delicious.

Great idea for a football party, graduation party, any potluck get-together. I was assigned a hot side dish for a potluck work luncheon, served aside of hot dogs and other party appy's, and decided to try this out in the crockpot and it worked. It went over well; many people went back for seconds and came looking for the leftovers the next day.....it was the only dish that was gone! Very simple indeed, but it's one of those dishes that you hardly lift a finger yet it goes a long way. Would go great aside of hamburger BBQ, sausage sandwiches, bratwurst, hamburgers, etc or make as a main dish. Perfect if you don't have an oven or have limited oven space for your party cooking. I have figured on 16 servings/3 pierogies per person and prep time includes sautee of onion and butter.

This delicious recipe came from my dad's aunt, Norma Albers from Kiester, MN. Everyone loves it; even the picky little ones! It is great for a large group, and we are planning on making this for my brother's high school graduation open house in June. I hope you enjoy it!

This is AMAZING! It's from the All Recipes Cookbook. You can kind of decide if it's a salad or a casserole. To me it's best potato casserole I think I've ever tasted! I had to pull myself away from the pan and kitchen all together or I'd still be in there stuffing my face! This has been altered a tad for my taste...do as you see fit :)

Since I can't make Spanish rice worth a dern, these cheesy potatoes go well with my Mexican night dishes. And...Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner! OLE!

A Pennsylvania favorite. If you like cabbage and noodles, you should love this casserole! The cracker topping gives it a nice crunch!
