This is great and a real kid pleaser. The creole mustard sauce sets off the sweetness of the chicken just right. DH saw a demonstration of the recipe on an early morning show and searched the recipe out for me.

    Recipe #18065

Here is a really easy burrito filling recipe. Let the roast cook all day, shred with two forks, then warm up the tortillas and grab the veggies, condiments, etc. Great for when you're busy during the day and company's coming.

    Recipe #116724

This came from One Bite Won't Kill You - a great kid-friendly cookbook. If you prefer to use bone-in chicken pieces, just cook for 1 hour instead.

    Recipe #96742

This is from the Pillsbury website. I sometimes make these instead of the regular chicken pot pie and freeze them, their great for quick dinners.

    Recipe #219594

This recipe allows you the fresh taste of sweet corn-on-the cob all year long. I've been making it for years and will today make it with Olathe corn I picked up at the market for 10 ears for $1. It stacks neatly in your freezer and is ready in a jiffy.

    Recipe #97052

A comforting dish that my husband and kids always love. This freezes and reheats great. Prepare the rice and chicken before hand. For the chicken, I usually marinate the breasts in teriyaki sauce for some extra flavor. The rice should be stored in a large ziplock bag in the fridge until cold before starting the fried rice. When making rice for a meal earlier in the week be sure to make extra. Or keep a ziplock in the freezer and anytime you get take-out throw the box of white rice into the freezer bag until you have enough.

I love to eat these at restaurants as an appy, but knew I was taking on a lot of calories because they are fried. Here is a baked version that satifies a craving for spicy chicken that I found in Taste of Home Cooking School.

    Recipe #40997

Fusion of Chinese and Mexican food (CHEXICAN!)...great little appetizer served with sour cream, salsa and/or guacamole!!

    Recipe #124324

Very good and very easy. I;ve had this recipes for along time,I believe I got it from a magazine.

    Recipe #127604

A fast and healthier way to serve Chimichangas than the traditional deep fried. These are very good, and you may dress them up to you own preference. I like to serve with green chile sauce sometimes instead of the picante sauce.

    Recipe #28148

I discovered this recipe one Sunday afternoon in the WW magazine when I was looking to find a different way to prepare chicken. This recipe is very easy and very tasty. I served it with rice and green beans. The chicken can be cooked immediately after using the rub, but for a more intense flavor, marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge or overnight. This chicken has a sweet and spicy flavor and can be served with a squeeze of fresh lime.

    Recipe #136429

This is always one of the first things to disappear during parties! (If you use the egg substitute and no butter it won't be as crispy, but will be low fat.)

    Recipe #37270

This is a sweet, rich dish that is delicious over rice. It is very popular in my online mother's group ... You can chop and change the veggies if you like.

This chicken is awesome on a taco or in/on any Mexican dish! Cook time doesn't include marinating time. Kick it up by adding more chipotle powder.

    Recipe #214639

This chicken has a wonderful flavor and the citrus makes it nice and tender. Plan ahead, because it does need to marinade 1-2 hours. We enjoy using the leftover chicken on top of mixed green salads. Prep time does not include maridading. Grilling time is estimated.

    Recipe #216417

Thaw and marinade your chicken breasts at the same time in this wonderful concoction! Toss it all in a zipper seal bag and throw in the refrigerator. Ready the next day to throw on the grill! The seasonings are a fusion of Asian and SW flavors making it suitable for both catagories in the World Tour.

    Recipe #135664

This is great because it can be made up completely ahead and just bake it for 20 minutes for a terrific side dish.

    Recipe #14415

If you like BBQ Chicken Pizza, you'll like this easy-to-make calzone version!

    Recipe #161669

I don't know where I go this recipe, but it has a very interesting mix of flavors that come together for great chicken. I usually double the the marinade and set half aside before I marinate the chicken. I cook the marinade I set aside at a low boil until reduced and has a syrupy consistency, stirring often. Baste chicken while it is grilling three or four times. I did not include marinating time in the prep time.

I was trying to think of ways to make my OAMC recipes for crock pot use...you know they sell those crock pot box recipes at the grocery now. This is one of the ones I found that work and is simple. There may still be some fiddling but it's pretty good as is. Hope you will give it a try.
