    Rum, shrimps, pineapple...Just a few of the great flavors in this dish that remind you of a relaxing Summer vacation in the Islands :) I often adjust one of my recipes ( Recipe #367464 ) that I posted a while ago. But since it doesn't really resemble the original anymore I thought I'd post it as a seperate recipe. I never really measure when I cook, so these measurements are only estimates. You have to adjust the amounts depending on how spicy or sweet you like your shrimps. I get the best results using fresh ginger and lime juice but bottled works too.     I can't remember where I got this from. I just know that it was one of the first I made to impress my now husband. I just recently found it in my box o' recipes and thought I might share. This can be grilled, baked, broiled, etc. and will turn out great.

    This recipe (I think) is from Semi-Homemade Cooking, that show with Sandra Lee, the queen of "70% store-bought, 30% homemade, you take all the credit" fame. Her recipes are right up my alley because I can use all the help in the kitchen I can get to make things quick, but I still want them to be delicious and "homemade". As always, I'm leery about the recipes on tv because you never know if they're going to be edible or not. But the lemon herb sauce was great, especially since I served this chicken and sauce with angel hair pasta and I think that even if you chose to only make the sauce and serve over noodles, you'd still get raves.     This is great either hot, warm or even cold, so you can make ahead and chill then take to work or a picnic! dark sesame oil only for this and refrigerate your sesame oil after opening, adjust all amounts to taste. To make this into a main meal add in some cooked shrimp or chicken. You will LOVE the pasta dish!
