I have tried dozens of pizza crust recipes, and this one stands out as the very best as far as taste, and ease of preparation. I usually make about a dozen and freeze as necessary to always have them on hand when needed (which is often).
My daughter's number one favorite food I make are these soft, buttery rolls from "Bread Machine Magic." I have made these a million times and could do it in my sleep. The dough is a cinch to work with and they turn out exactly the same every time. Leftovers are great with jam. This bread dough makes a delicious kid-friendly pizza crust, too. Cooking time does not reflect the rising time. Recipe from "Bread Machine Magic."
The mixture of Yoghurt and Honey is delightful. Of all my bread recipes, this is the family favorite. Note: some folks think the rolls are a little sweet, some have suggested cutting the honey back by half.
Soft egg dinner roll. These are our families favorites for holiday dinners - but we make them for almost any reason. I've even used this recipe for hamburger buns! They end up being rather large or good size rolls! They freeze well too - if you wrap well. Very tasty!!! You'll probably not switch to another after trying this one! (Cook time does not include the time on bread machine dough cycle).
I have tried countless recipes for Cinnamon Rolls trying to find the perfect recipe. This is it!! I can't ever make enough of these at home! They are so easy to make too - don't you just love bread machines!
This recipe uses no refined products and is very healthy to eat. I order my whole berries from a co-op and grind my wheat yourself. I think it tastes better when you grind your wheat yourself but if you don't have a mill you can still buy the whole wheat flour at the store. I also mix my bread up in a Bosch mixer. If you don't have a mixer like a Bosch, DLX or a Kitchenaid you can do it by hand.
These are THE BEST cinnamon rolls! The recipe is from Todd Wilbur's "More Top Secret Recipes." They're oooey, goooey and rich! The dough can easily be prepared in your bread machine, just follow your manufacturer's order of ingredients. I put the ingredients in the night before, and then roll out and bake in the morning. I would like to share the following suggestions by reviewers about the filling "leaking out" during baking:
1) add a few tablespoons flour to the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture
2) using a flour "shaker" or sifter, I lightly dust the margarine with flour before sprinkling with the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, then again on top of the BS/cinnamon mixture, before rolling up the dough.
