These are THE BEST cinnamon rolls! The recipe is from Todd Wilbur's "More Top Secret Recipes." and www.TopSecretRecipes.com. They're oooey, goooey and rich! The dough can easily be prepared in your bread machine, just follow your manufacturer's order of ingredients. I put the ingredients in the night before, and then roll out and bake in the morning. I would like to share the following suggestions by reviewers about the filling "leaking out" during baking: 1) add a few tablespoons flour to the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture 2) using a flour "shaker" or sifter, I lightly dust the margarine with flour before sprinkling with the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, then again on top of the BS/cinnamon mixture, before rolling up the dough.

This is a really easy way to make a good "yeasty" pizza dough! As well as using this recipe for when I'm making pizza, I also use it for when I'm making a focaccia or a calzone. (The preparation time I have given includes the time it takes to make the dough in the machine and the time it takes for the pizza dough to proof - after removing it from the bread machine, 30 minutes.)

This is the one I make all the time. I use the bread machine to make my dough and then bake in oven to get that rustic look. It rises nice and the crust and texture is great--give it a try. Soft egg dinner roll. These are our families favorites for holiday dinners - but we make them for almost any reason. I've even used this recipe for hamburger buns! They end up being rather large or good size rolls! They freeze well too - if you wrap well. Very tasty!!! You'll probably not switch to another after trying this one! (Cook time does not include the time on bread machine dough cycle).
