Family favorite. I usually serve this over rice.

This is a wonderful side dish for an Asian style entree. Bok choy has a wonderful, crisp texture that is reminiscent of celery. You can easily add shrimp or chicken to make a main dish, but I recommend doubling the sauce if you do so. Simple and yummy:)

Quick, easy, great tasting, easy clean-up peanuts or cashews really help.

A little unusual but easy side dish to prepare. Chinese cabbage can be used as well as ordinary cabbage. Some tabasco or red pepper flakes could spice it up quite nicely if desired.

I found this for the World Tour & can't wait to make it myself. This is the kind of recipe you can change the veggies around, so go for it!

A really easy pork stir fry that goes well with either rice & stir fried veggies or with potatoes & salad. *Note: I sometimes add 1 tsp minced garlic and/or 1 tsp minced ginger to the marinade to kick it up a notch!!

Easy and delicious. You may want to double the sauce. Feel free to use any vegetable combination you want. Original recipe from recipegoldmine with some minor changes to suit our taste.

Made with ingredients I usually have on hand. This is what I make to clean out my fridge, so the veggies are different each time, but I love this version. This can easily be made vegetarian by substituting vegetable broth.

I've made this a few times now and it's always quick and surprisingly satisfying for a reduced-fat entree. I keep frozen cooked shrimp on hand as a staple for a last-minute but gourmet dinner. They defrost in a matter of minutes, so I don't take them out of my freezer until I'm ready to start cooking. I put the shrimp in a colander, run tepid water over them for a minute or so, and after they sit about five minutes, I can pull the tail shell off, and they're ready to heat up! Serve over pasta or rice.

Who doesn't want a low-fat meal? Only 5 WW points.

Garlic and ginger give this real zip. Use anything you have in the fridge. A great way to use up left over veggies from a party platter.

Great and EASY stir fry dish. I found this online in rec.food.recipes. I am planning to try it later this week with tofu for a veggie meal.

Recipe #85770

Easy and delicious. Curry is not traditionally a Chinese spice, but it adds a hint of exotic, subtle flavor to this dish. This can be a filling dinner for 2 on it's own or can be served as part of a multi-course Chinese-style dinner. It matches well with vegetables, especially string beans or broccoli.
