I don't know if this is Cracker Barrel's actual hash browns casserole recipe, but it is close. This recipe can feed a large crowd and is good for a brunch.

    Recipe #15242

Carrots coated with a yummy butter, brown sugar and ginger sauce. I grew up eating these in Texas. Easy, quick and yummy!-- GREAT way to get kids to enjoy this veggie! If you like a lot of sauce double the sauce ingredients. I posted this less 'saucy' to keep the fat and calories down. The sauce is yummy and great on rice or just on a spoon! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! I am so honored that this simple little recipe of mine has been so well received. Thank you all for your reviews!

    Recipe #27484

This is from my "Recipes from Graceland" cookbook that I got this summer. This is typical Elvis.

    Recipe #13704

From www.TopSecretRecipes.com I am so glad everyone loves these as much as I do! I have made a few changes to clarify how to prepare them to look like the cheesecake factory, but as everyone has found out, being pretty doesn't effect the taste! Thank you again everyone!! I know this seems like a really hard recipe but it really isnt, alot of the ingriedients are used more than once. I usually make it by hand without a blender, and I consider it a just cause, a blender would make it even more of a snap! This is a copycat of The Cheesecake factory appetizer which is heavenly! I garauntee that you will enjoy it. I found it online and in a weird place so I figure putting it here is only the right thing to do. Please try it :) I put 4 servings, its enough calories to feed 8 but really only enough to share greedily with 2. LOL

    Recipe #207220

This recipe comes from my veggie favorites folder, I make it quite often, it's a wonderful recipe for baby carrots, you can also use regular carrots sliced into about 1/2-inch thick pieces, if you are making this to serve to guest, the baby carrots make for a nicer presentation. This complete recipe can be doubled.

    Recipe #145385

Taken from Tasteful Traditions Cookbook by Women for Abilene Christian University. These are "Linda's Potatoes" and they are delicious with steak and prime rib. I have made this dish dozens of times and it always comes out perfect. This dish is great for holidays and dinner parties because they are very rich tasting and even picky kids love them. This can be made ahead of time, chilled and then cooked before serving.

You can then add whatever other ingredients you like. There are so many versions of fried rice it would be impossible to post them all. So, use this as your basis and add what is used in your area of the country. I personally do NOT like peas or carrots in my fried rice but, I DO like some bean sprouts, onion and meat in mine. Now that I have a rice cooker (WOO HOO!!!!) I'll be having this more often. Source: Chinese Recipes by Stephen Yan 5th Edition

    Recipe #225320

I have no idea where I got this recipe; it's been in my collection for years. It's a little different than your usual vegetable dish!

    Recipe #141778

Another tantalizing fall recipe from Southern Living Magazine, November 2006

    Recipe #196598

My favorite way to make carrots now; I got the recipe from my mom, who made them at Christmas last year. They have a delicious flavor and aren't overly sweet. If you can't find the petite carrots, use regular carrots cut into matchsticks or baby carrots cut lengthwise into halves or quarters.

    Recipe #206120

For those of you who have eaten at Lawry's Prime Rib restaurant, you know they have not only the best prime rib, but the best creamed corn!

    Recipe #214598

This is an easy recipe and so good! Serve the carrots at room temperature for a hot day, but they are delicious served hot also. You can also make this in the microwave on HIGH for about 10 minutes. The complete recipe can be doubled is desired.

    Recipe #174878

Once again, I am responsible for all the veggie dishes for our Thanksgiving dinner this year. I was hoping to try a couple of NEW dishes this year, and this one caught my eye. I found this in the new issue of Kraft Food and Family magazine

    Recipe #195345

This recipe came from the Taste of Home magazine. It doesn't call for salt but I think its a little bland without it. Use your judgement. Not everyone in my family likes this dish but my grandson, Chris, sure does. I do too!

    Recipe #207474

Yummy and simple carrots. Use regular or baby carrots.

    Recipe #153388

This is a modified version of Ronald Reagan's favorite Macaroni and Cheese. My Grandma made this for us when we were little kids...we didn't like his politics but we love his mac and cheese :)

    Recipe #237991

    A nice comforting carrot casserole.

    Recipe #147017

This dish isn't the typical yam bake. The addition of peaches makes it especially special. I love it!
