Great flavors fit for a fiesta! Adapted from Mass recipes.

    Recipe #240862

This is made without a crust, it is so yummy, and quite simple to prepare, a very nice main dish meal, served with a salad.

    Recipe #92964

A potato and egg omelet served at tapas bars. Posted for Zaar World Tour III.

    Recipe #228835

This hearty Italian dish makes a simple spaghetti dinner without meat. Use homemade marinara sauce or a good bottled kind for an easy dinner. Add some garlic bread and a salad and you're all set. This recipe is from Good Housekeeping.

    Recipe #221335

This is a quick breakfast that my kids grab on the way out the door...and yes, they make a mess with it, but they love it, so I don't complain!

    Recipe #188409

Excellent breakfast or brunch dish. Super easy, too.

    Recipe #80540

A frittata (also known as crustless quiche) is a perfect palette for colorful vegetables and strongly flavored cheeses. What I love about frittatas is that they are one of the few egg dishes that are delicious at room temperature and can be stored in the refrigerator (or even frozen) for days. This one is not just for breakfast - Try it for lunch or dinner with a salad or steamed veggies. Eat hot or at room temperature - Leftovers can be heated in toaster oven or microwave. I designed this recipe to be gluten-free, using my homemade fresh gluten-free Italian breadcrumbs - But you can use any type of breadcrumbs you like.

    Recipe #227663

This came from the show Paula's Home Cooking with Paula Deen on the Food Network. It is absolutely delicious! Prep time does not include overnight soaking.

    Recipe #90246

The yield is only estimated depending on the size of your patties although you should get anywhere from 12-15 patties, these may be shaped into about 3-inch rounds instead of a log-shaped, I prefer the log-shaped they seem to cook better. Plan ahead the mixture needs to chill for 3 hours or up to 24 hours before shaping. I sometimes add in 1 cup (or less) cooked rice also but that is optional. Two pounds of fresh spinach stems removed, cooked and chopped can be replaced for the frozen spinach, make certain to hand-squeeze out any excess moisture well before using in the recipe.

    Recipe #153712

A tasty casserole that is great for brunch for a light dinner :)

    Recipe #79652

This is the most delicious French toast, that is made in the oven, serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, and smothered with maple syrup. Plan ahead this needs to be chilled overnight.

    Recipe #96382

You can stuff the shells well in advance to be baked later.

    Recipe #66661

This is so good! it makes a wonderful dish for a brunch get together. Plan ahead this needs to chill for 6 hours. You can really use any kind of cheese for this, I have even used Provolone. Don't cube the bread slices for this, leave the bread in one slice, and use day-old bread!

    Recipe #161150

This makes the most ultimate weekend brunch, I have even made it for dinner my family, I prepare it early in morning and bake in the evening, I just use the whole loaf of French bread for this --- plan ahead this needs to stay in the fridge overnight... you will love this!

    Recipe #92963

I love quiche, but unfortunately I'm the only one that does. Therefore, making a standard size would be a total waste. With this recipe, I can enjoy my little treats, while having a nourishing meal. These do not take a lot of time to fix, and because they heat up so well, are a great time saver. I find that two are quite sufficient for me. You could have a great lunch by adding a small salad to go with it. The occasions actually, are endless. Hmmmm, and it's almost lunch time too. If you're not into onions and zucchini, you can easily substitute with your favourites. How about "Mini Lorraines" ? As far as the type of cheese goes, try to use something on the milder side. Swiss, or a light cheddar works well. I've also gone 'bold' before too! The Tex-Mex mixes are wonderful. Experiment, and Enjoy!!!

    Recipe #221406

This is a great recipe if you like spinach and feta cheese. The times I've made it for other people, they really enjoyed this unusual rice dish. I used white rice in this recipe that was freshly made for the recipe, but I think that leftover rice would work too. I also used Kraft Parmesan cheese, but think that freshly grated Parmesan would be even better.

    Recipe #204852

A recipe that I've had for at least 25 years and continues to be a family favorite. I've guessed at the yield since I've never counted them.

    Recipe #226066

I love chopped salads! This is meatless, so it's a great side for chili, other Tex-Mex dishes, or just a stand-alone meatless meal.

    Recipe #192046

Wonderful dish for the summer and your fresh tomatoes. This recipe serves 12, so you may want to cut in half for smaller servings. Please note: this is an adopted recipe and I have just made it myself. Findings: I used different pasta since it's what I had to hand, and this made quite a large serving bowl filled to the top, and fusilli would have been easier to mix so it's the better choice. Taste? (dreamy look coming over me) awesome... if you love sundried tomatoes you gonna Looooove this ! I doubled the dressing,(more garlic is good) but left the capers to be added at the end by those who like them.. the bowl with the dressing would probably have been licked clean if only the others would have left one of us at the table alone LOL ! the dressing and the pasta compliment each other perfectly. We totally adored this recipe, I hope that you do too :) ZWT REGION: Italy.
