Coffee Mom, I already had your maple syrup pie in my recipe book - it sounds really yummy. I am a little bit slow about cooking all the things I want to, but I'll get there in the end!! Hopefully I'll be able to take a photo of the finished product when I make it.

Its really good and easy to make, just make sure its made the night before and chilling overnight. When I first got the recipe and saw no flour I thought this can't be good but it is. I made it for my son for valentines day.
