    Would it be okay to use Splenda instead of sugar for this recipe?

    I didn't author the recipe, but I just happen to have visited the Splenda web site a few days ago and found out that you can use Splenda so long as you buy a certain kind of pectin...See

    Thank you Heather for the information. I found a Strawberry Jam recipe there. Should be okay to just change the blueberries for the strawberries.
