    U R welcome - This is so refreshing - I let it sit in the fridge (cottage cheese separate) for an hour before serving.

    By the way the reason I usually use cottage cheese instead of sour cream is that I always have it in the house. Whipped with a pinch of sugar or Splenda you can't, well hardly, tell the difference.
