Dessert tonight: my fudge pudding cake

This is one of those desserts where the cake forms on top, with the sauce underneath. I make this a lot; it's a real family favourite. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a Zaar favourite

I'm gonna have to try this! I can never get enough chocolate, and I actually have all the ingredients (usually do). If it turns out half as good as it looks, it will be a keeper.

I know, it looks rich and sinful , but there's only 6 grams of fat per serving, even less if you use lowfat milk!
