Has anyone ever frozen stuffed peppers? I am making Uncle Bill's stuffed peppers recipe #36386 and was wondering what would happen if I froze the leftovers?

We always make a ton of them at once and freeze. As an alternative, you can make lots of stuffing and freeze it. Then thaw and use fresh peppers.

Thanks Candy and Papergoddess. I made them last night and they were fantastic. Now I don't know if there will actually be any leftovers to freeze! Great information though. Now I can make a bunch in advance for lunches and such.
    Thanks again.
