    What would that be if the main ingredient in it has to be mango pulp?

    I'm not very fond of mangoes, but I have one recipe that I LOVE.

    Hmmm I would say try making a mango sorbet or ice-cream. When my mango tree went into crazy overload last year we chopped up the mango and pureed it and then mixed it with softened vanilla ice-cream and refroze it. Best mango ice-cream ever!
    I'll post a recipe for tangy mango mousse soon. Look for it in a couple of days.

    I have now!! And what a nice recipe it looks too Jan! I've added it to my cookbbook and will endeavour to make it sometime soon. YUM!

    Our Drug Store has an apricot mango sherbet which is very good. I would have to go with that.
