need recipe for Rahmschnitzel and semmelknoedel

I am from Germany but could never get my grandma to share her recipe. Does anyone have the recipe for either Rahmschnitzel or semmelknoedel.I would appreciate any help in this. I want to surprise my husband with this dish because it was his favorite while we were in Germany.
