    I got a shock when I saw this in Q&A becuase I thought Sue L had come back to Zaar. Then saw that it's from 2003!!

    Hm. You'll notice jalapeños aren't that high up there, and peperoncini are plenty hot for me. I wonder though how you can measure the Scoville scale of pure capsaicin and sauces -- I always thought it was measured by one pepper, but is it actually by weight?
